Think Mark! THINK!
Very good afternoon, dear hive community!, today I come with a jewel of a series that I did not know, but when I saw it I loved it and I said " THIS SERIES IS FOR ME!", I mean "INVINCIBLE". The dynamics and the system it proposes is sublime, the characters are VERY well developed and the plot is beautiful, but the point that I must highlight was the blessed crudity of it, the icing on the cake.

Muy buenas tardes, querida comunidad de hive!, hoy vengo con una joyita de serie que no conocía, pero que cuando la vi me encantó y dije " ESTA SERIE ES PARA MI!", me refiero a "INVENCIBLE". La dinámica que plantea y el sistema que propone es sublime, los personajes están MUY bien desarrollados y la trama es bellísima, pero el punto que debo resaltar fue la bendita crudeza de la misma, la guindilla del pastel.

La serie trata de la historia de Mark Grayson, un adolescente normal y sin problemas que cursa bachillerato y busca una novia; su vida es buena, su madre lo quiere y su padre lo adora, y Mark siempre he querido seguir los pasos de su padre Nolan, y ser uno más de los encargados de mantener el orden en el mundo gracias a su sangre viltrumita, poder volar, súper fuerza, súper velocidad e invulnerabilidad parcial forman parte del repertorio de habilidades de esta especie, y el pequeño Mark está ansioso de emprender la aventura y sentir lo que esto conlleva.
Serie Analisys
- For me it was a surprise how well drawn the wounds, bumps, bruises, cuts, chokes, squeezes and throws are in the battle scenes, they did not skimp when drawing them and accompanying them with sound effects. The impression given by the opening chapter of family-friendly makes you think it will be a story of how a loving super-hero raises his son, also with super-powers, but for the vicious ones who stay until the last moment of the chapter, the surprise couldn't have been better.
No superhero is immortal or completely invulnerable

- An extremely important, particular and artistic point that this series has is that of superheroes that can die and be extremely damaged, something that I have not been able to appreciate in such a "nice(?)" way in other animated series (not even in the avengers, not even in the ones that are completely human!). I don't know if they did it with that intention, but the sense of reality that this and other things give to the series, makes it sublime and exquisite taste, at least in my opinion.
- I didn't like Mark's personality, he sounds like an immature kid desperate to taste the world who has no idea what he wants, he's all teenager, I hate how well they structured the characters, it happens to me the same with good actors and good acting, they do their role so well that I hate the character but love the acting. Mark's stupidity was such that he didn't tell Amber once that he was "Invincible" and wanted to keep the lie for 6 months, the worst thing is that when he couldn't keep up the lie anymore, he thought that telling her was going to solve everything between them like magic.
NOTE: deep in my gut I feel that only two of my predictions will come true .-.
- I noticed a rather unique point of view with Mark learning to control his powers in private lessons with his father, I haven't seen that in other series either. All the heroes I've met in other stories you could say they learned on their own, but Mark was taught by his father (a nice touch).
- I must, must, must highlight two other super-heroes that really caught my attention: Atom-Eve possesses a power that overshadows all the others and in theory would be the most powerful of all, the reconfiguration of matter and its spatial manipulation, think about it, she can control all matter what limits her from not reconfiguring a villain and turning it into a simple shoebox?, I'm surprised they didn't give more visibility to his power; the second one, Dark Wings, I don't want to say it this way but he's a batman of African descent, as soon as I saw him it was the first thing I thought and it didn't change my opinion of him, a random person, who has money and access to technology, who is dark, black and wears a cape, obviously he's not going to be Jesus Christ.
Análisis de la Serie
- Para mi fue toda una sorpresa lo bien dibujadas que están las heridas, golpes, moretones, cortaduras, estrangulamientos, apretones y lanzamientos en las escenas de batalla, no escatimaron al momento de dibujarlas y acompañarlas con efectos de sonido. La impresión que da el capítulo inicial de family-friendly hace pensar que será una historia de como un amoroso super-heroe cría a su hijo, también con super-poderes, pero para los viciosos que se quedan hasta el ultimo momento del capítulo, la sorpresa no pudo ser mejor.
Ningún superheroe es inmortal ni completamente invulmerable
- Un punto sumamente importante, particular y artístico que tiene esta serie es la de súper héroes que pueden morir y ser sumamente dañados, cosa que no he podido apreciar de manera tan "agradable(?)" en otras series animadas (ni en los vengadores, ¡ni siquiera en los que son completamente humanos!). No se si lo hicieron con esa intención, pero la sensación de realidad que esto y otras cosas más le dan a la serie, la hace sublime y de un gusto exquisito, al menos a mi parecer.
- No me gustó la personalidad de Mark, suena a niño inmaduro desesperado por probar el mundo que no tiene ni idea de lo que quiere, es todo un adolescente, odio lo bien que estructuraron a los personajes, me pasa igual con los buenos actores y las buenas actuaciones, hacen tan bien su papel que odio al personaje pero amo la actuación. La estupidez de Mark fue tal que no le dijo de una sola vez a Amber que era "Invencible" y quiso mantener la mentira por 6 meses, lo peor es que cuando ya no pudo seguir con la mentira, creía que decírselo iba a solucionar todo entre ellos como por arte de magia.

NOTA: en los más profundo de mis tripas siento que solo dos de mis predicciones se cumplirán .-.
- Observé un punto de vista bastante particular con Mark aprendiendo a controlar sus poderes en clases particulares con su padre, eso tampoco lo he visto en otras series. Todos los héroes que he conocido en otras historias se podría decir que aprendieron por su cuenta, pero Mark fue enseñado por su padre (un lindo detalle).
- Debo, debo, debo resaltar a otros dos super-heroes que me llamaron mucho la atención: Atom-Eve posee un poder que opaca a todos los demás y en teoría sería el más poderoso de todos, la reconfiguración de la materia y su manipulación espacial, piénsalo, puede controlar toda la materia ¿qué la limita a no reconfigurar a un villano y volverla una simple cajita de zapatos?, me extraña que no le hayan dado más vistosidad a su poder; el segundo, DarkWing, no quiero decirlo de este modo pero es un batman afrodescendientes, apenas lo vi fue lo primero que pensé y no cambió mi opinión de él, una persona cualquiera, que tiene dinero y acceso a tecnología, que es sombrío, negro y usa capa, obviamente no va a ser Jesucristo.
