Having women working together to save the day as heroines gladdens my heart always. I love watching those kinds of movies as it portrays the strength of women and it also shows what women are capable of anything if they want to be. The 355 movies depict strength in numbers and what unity can accomplish.
The 355 movie is an American spy movie that was released on the 7th January 2022. The movie was directed by Simon Kinberg, distributed by Universal Studios, and story written by Theresa Rebeck. This movie featured five amazing actresses in Hollywood who are; Jessica Chastain, Lupita Nyong'o, Diane Kruger, Fan Bingbing, and Penélope Cruz. Jessica Chastain is also one of the people who championed the production of the movie.

Little Synopsis
Around Bogotá, in Colombia a deal was supposed to go down where a drug lord was supposed to showcase a special decryption program drive to a crook mastermind criminal (Clark). As the deal went on, Clark double-crossed the drug lord by killing his son who was operating the drive as the Columbia authorities raided the house. After the raid, a Columbia agent Luis took the drive with him.

The drive was meant to be obtained from Luis by an American CIA agent, Mace. Mace heads to Paris with her long-term partner Nick who is also her lover. Getting to Paris, they met with Luis under the cover of a newly wedded couple on their honeymoon and something went wrong when Marie, a Russian spy agent who took the bag belonging to Nick and Mace and ran away with it thinking the drive was inside the bag. Mace went after her but lost her in the subway while Nick encountered Clark in an alley. After the dust had settled, Mace found out that her partner was dead.

Larry, Mace's boss, gave her permission to go retrieve the drive on her own. So Mace went to recruit a long-time friend Khadijah, a retired MI6 British agent. Also, Luis was busy with the arrangements of handling the drive to Graciela, a DNI psychologist with no field experience. On the other hand, Maria, the Russian agent who stole Mace's bag at the beginning, was pushed by her to retrieve the drive at all cost at the same time.

Mace and Khadijah tracked Luis while there were other players out there looking for the drive. Through this way, all the women's paths were intertwined that they all had a common enemy to fight so they had to work together to save the world. I would have gone deeper into the plot, but that will only reveal and give out the juicy part of the movie which might kill your interest to watch the movie.

My Opinion About The Movie
The 355 movie is amazing and it is glamorous. Having women as the hero gives me this feeling of hope. Watching this was rejuvenating for me, it made me curious about the real story behind the 355. I looked it up and learned a few things that I didn't know existed. The movie also taught me about the power of unity and strength in numbers.
My favorite character in the movie is Khadijah. In the movie, her partner was killed by Nick who resurrected from the dead, but she used her loss and pain to fight till the end. Normally, I thought she would give and leave, but she didn't. Instead she made sure Nick was brought to justice by law with her help. The character that annoyed me most and then later turned into my favorite badass character is Maria, the Russian agent. In the beginning, she was annoying because she was antagonistic to Mace and Luis but as her path intertwined with the rest of the women I eventually fell in love with her character. She is smart, rigid, apathetic, and strong. One thing I admire about her character is her ability to think fast under pressure and act fast.
My favorite scene in the movie was when a big auction was held in Shanghai for the drive to be sold to the highest bidder on a dark web net. I love this scene because I have always wanted to visit Shanghai someday and the scene just reassures me that my dream will come true soon. As I keep working towards it.
The moral lesson I learned from this movie is that power can make anyone do anything to get what they want and also, trusting people with your hearts always has a bad ending because we humans are complex and dynamic and we can change at any time depending on the situation.

Ratings and Recommendations
This movie is getting 4.5 stars from me. I love all the characters of the movies and I want a sequel😭😑 because I want to see more of the 355. I want to see them explore more. The plot and setting were well planned and the characters played their roles well. The director did a good by making the viewers have hope of a possible sequel.
