Hello, Cine and music lovers!
@Cinetv.blog asked what movie make us cry from laughter... So this is my medicine

Blues Brothers (1980) Two brothers, Elwood Blues and "Joliet" Jake Blues meet outside a prison. Jake has just been released from prison after serving a 3-year sentence for armed robbery. During their visit at the orphanage where they grew up, they learn that the institution is in danger of closing. The nuns won't take any "dirty" money (from robbery), so they decide to rebuild their rhythm 'n' blues band, in order to raise the money they need ($5,000) by putting on a concert.
An adventure begins as first the brothers have to persuade the former band members. And then add in the mix, Ilinois' neo-Nazis, a mystery woman who chases the Blues Brothers to kill them (an exquisite Carrie Fisher), lots of musics, many many famous artists. Springle the mix Lots car wrecks (it is said to be the movie with the record of 103 cars wrecked during filming) and the grotesque humor of Dan Aykroyd and John Belushi and you have a hit that goes on for forty and many more years.
Elwood: There's 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark out, and we're wearing sunglasses. Jake: Hit it!
The cameo appearances of the artists were:
James Brown...
John Lee Hooker
Aretha Franklin
Ray Charles
Cab Calloway
Fun fact: In Greece the movie is known as "The clever guys wearing blues" 😂
