Kong Skull Island gets an 8.5 out of 10 in my books. I own this movie on UHD blu ray and it looks and sounds terrific with its Dolby Atmos audio and 4k HDR picture. The rendition of King Kong is pot on in this one and razor sharp. Rotten Tomatoes only gave it 74% which I think is in true rotten tomatoes critic fashion. Rotten Tomatoes needs to seriously lighten up on their review standards in my opinion. For us movie buffs out there that are just looking for the next 2-3 hours to fill during our free time, this movie certainly fills the boredom void. Go watch this awesome thriller immediately and see for yourself.
