Hello everyone, Good day everyone, I remember a movie my brother always talks about, from his words, it's a good one. But I have to watch it myself to confirm, because I love movies with actions, magic, adventures and detective theme.
Well, this movie has most of those quality, and it also sounds good to me. So, I decided to give it a try. The name of the movie is "DIE HARD*"It was released in the year 1988. With John McClane (played by Bruce Willl) as the main character. It's an interesting movie, I love the setting. It's filled with a lot of action, shooting and fighting. This movie has a lot in it; you'll see what real sacrifice means. John really went through a lot of pain; he put his life in danger just to save others.
It's a movie that happened in one night, from a happy trip to a worse nightmare. After a long year, John went to see his family during the Christmas break. He decided to go visit his family in Los Angeles. He never expected his visit to be a mission.
He went to his wife's office, and they were celebrating the end of the year party. But the party didn't end well, some uninvited guest visited them in the middle of the party they had came to rob the company.
John was at the bathroom when they visited. They took everyone they could find hostage, and disconnected all phones connected in the company. After lots of fighting and struggling, John saved everyone (but some were killed) with the help of the police.
I can't forget the part when he had to walk barefoot on broken glasses (he wasn't wearing shoes because he was at the bathroom when they came) just to save his life, that scene made me shout because I could feel his pain.
I guess the reason why the movie was called DIE HARD is because John wasn't like any police or even soldier, he was determined, strong, and courageous. He fought despite his injuries; he fought to the last.
If you're interested in action movies, I think you should give it a try.
