Hello my dear friends… In this post, i want to talk about the movie i have just recently watched. I watched this movie out if boredom because my body doesnt feel well and all i do is fell asleep every 3 hours. My days were a mess so i spent a lot of times watching new movies. This movie that i will talk about in this post released in 2022 which is very recent with the title Fresh. The genre of this movie is thriller / horror which i really dislike but this is the kind of movie from this genre that i can still tolerate to watch sometimes.
The main character in this movie is a girl, Noah. She used dating apps a lot to try find a boyfriend for her. This is actually quite funny that they share this information about her since the beginning if the movie so i thought that this movie is something related with someone she meet through dating apps. I thought that maybe this movie want to teach us to be careful about people we meet through dating apps, which i am absolutely wrong about. I think this movie encourages the otherwise. Maybe meet someone through dating app is not a bad thing and people that we know through real life meeting can be dangerous. Well, i was so interested with this movie because of that thing, i mean i meet my boyfriend through online dating too and i am very happy about our relationship.
All the guys that she meet through the dating app is not really attractive for her after their date in real life. Till one day, when she was out of grocery shopping she meet this attractive guy. I dont know about you all but i wilk be creeped out if a stranger came to me asked for my number and such. Look at where she ended up. This guy is a psychopath surgeon. He’s also very manipulative. He can make Noah agreed to chop her leg and live only with one leg because he wants to consume her leg. Its also because he’s a part of some cult that love to eat human’s flesh. Very disgusting but at this point i will not be surprised if something like this is actually exist in real life.
She’s almost fell of his charm and seduction until she saw that her friend’s phone were in his victim’s collection. Only by then she realized that she doesn’t want to do this and started to fight back and save her friend. I think its quite funny that she chopped his dick off because that is exactly what he deserves. His wife then come to help him. Yes, his wife. He already has a wife with one leg which i assume a previous victim of his. In the end, both Noah and her friend win over them. I am thankful that this is not another movie where the main leads defeated and the psychopath won.
Overall, nothing really new or really interesting that this movie serves but its still a fun movie to watch . Just make sure that you dont have any plan to eat before and after the movie.
