This American thriller lasts 1 hour and 52 minutes and is available on Netflix.
We wanted to watch a film that wasn't too long and had seen the trailer for this film, which looked interesting. So we took the plunge.

Synopsis :
The story takes place in the present day, in the United States. A nuclear missile targeting the United States has been launched and the impact is imminent.
In this film, the 20 minutes before impact are experienced from three different perspectives, all three of which are part of the United States Defence Department:
- the White House Situation Room
- the military, including the commanding general, Stratcom
- the President of the United States, who is travelling at the time.
We experience these three points of view, one after the other.
The impact is expected to occur in Chicago.
Whether they belong to one or the other of the categories mentioned above, everyone is human and thinks of their family or loved ones and will try to warn them to get to safety or say goodbye in their own way.
L'histoire se déroule à l'époque actuelle, aux Etats-Unis. Un missile nucléaire visant les Etats-Unis a été lancé et l'impact ne va vraiment pas tarder.
Ces 20 dernières minutes avant impact sont vécues, dans ce film, de 3 points de vue différents, pourtant tous 3 font partie de la Défense des Etats-Unis :
- la Situation Room de la Maison-Blanche
- les militaires dont le général-commandant, le Stratcom
- le président des Etats-Unis, en déplacement à ce moment-là.
Nous vivrons ces 3 points de vue, l'un après l'autre.
L'impact devrait avoir lieu à Chicago.

The ending doesn't reveal the outcome, which is a good idea because everyone can imagine their own ending and think about what they would have done in that situation. In a way, this prepares us for that kind of circumstance, in case it ever happened in real life.
I think it's a good film, even if it is a bit strange that there is no ending.
La fin ne donne pas le résultat et c'est une bonne idée, parce que chacun peut imaginer sa fin à lui et penser à ce qu'il aurait fait dans cette situation, ce qui nous prépare, d'une certaine façon, à ce genre de circonstances, dans l'hypothèse où cela se produirait dans notre réalité.
un bon film, selon moi, même si cela fait bizarre qu'il n'y ait pas de fin.
