This week as I said in another post, my mood has not been the best, and I think it's due to a little physical exhaustion coupled with the stress of the new wave of Covid-19, something that has really sowed a little fear in me. I've taken advantage of a couple of days to watch a movie or two and I couldn't pass up Zack Snyder's Justice League, I've already said it, I'm a lover of cartoons and comics, as a child I remember I was happy waking up early on weekends to see the justice league, Wonder Woman, Batman, and Robin and all those colorful cartoons of the '80s and early '90s, the truth is that I loved this kind of cartoons, and unlike others, I hated watching Heidy and those cheesy comics of the time hahaha.
So every movie in the DC cinematic universe is for me a symbol of excitement that I usually enjoy with my siblings, because they, like me, are fans of this whole comic book world. This year the movie releases have had to adapt to the Streaming mode because of the pandemic, and that is why one of the complaints I have regarding this movie is that I should have seen it in the theater to enjoy it better, however, it covered and exceeded my expectations, to start there.
This Movie has a really long running time, not even Titanic dared that much, but there is certainly a lot more emotion here than Jack could have felt while drawing Rose on the almost dying Titanic. 4 hours 2 minutes is the length of this movie, so if you are one of those who do not like this kind of movies, just knowing this you will want to run away, for those who like me, love them, believe me that the time flies by, literally 4 hours of action, my brother and I differ in some things, as they included some scenes that for him are too much, as it is at the beginning some girls come out doing songs to praise Aquaman, that for that people is a savior God, something that was not seen in the first version.

I must say that, although they are the same movies in terms of plot, and even the dialogues are the same, and there is one or another scene that you will see the same as in the first version, if you liked the first one, you will simply love the second one. Snyder has given us a movie with fewer funny scenes, but with many action scenes, he has given us 3 hidden endings that give rise to future movies of this saga and other superheroes of the justice league that had not been named before. In this version of the justice league, we can see the origin of some heroes that were not seen in the previous version.

Here we can see what the world would be like if the three mother boxes were to unite, thanks to a vision of Cyborg the death of some of his heroes would unleash total chaos on the planet, the union of heroes and villains could be possible (ok, no more spoilers). In this version, we can see what was the origin of the mother boxes and why they were in the hands of each kingdom, which is something that is commented but does not delve much to say. We see a Steppenwolf with his army of parademons, as we could see previously, but here we show the cause of all the madness that overwhelms the mind of Steppenwolf who is Darkseid, a kind of God of darkness that wants to end everything in its path (I do not know why but it seems to be another evil from another cinematic universe hahaha).

Barry Allen Flash shows us here a little more of his powers and even more of his personal life is what I believe, is a preamble to the coming movie about this superhero, his fresh personality, his joviality and even a touch of innocence, are some of the things that injects a little bit of humor to these superheroes that for many are somewhat boring or bitter. Some images that we had seen in the first version, are not here, like the one of Aquaman sitting on Wonder Woman's lasso of truth and being sentimental before his companions, or Barry Allen painting the face of that man in the jail line, here we will not see the epic slap that Diana Ross gives to Bruce Wayne, but I assure you that you will not miss them.

We will also get to see a bit of what is the origin of Victor Stone as Cyborg, something that is barely shown in the first version, let's say that here we have a little more complete compilation of the superheroes that are appearing for the first time in the DC cinematic universe. Undoubtedly the biggest surprise comes from Lois Lane, showing us a vestige of what may be in the plot of an upcoming Superman movie, which as in the previous version, where he is also resurrected and gives a tremendous beating to all superheroes, thus demonstrating that he continues to be the strongest of them, and that, no doubt, they could not defeat Steppenwolf without his help. Superman also brings us a big surprise, and boy does it suit Henry Cavil.

A much stronger battle with action scenes and punches that we never saw before, here there are fights from the beginning until the end of the movie, that will not be missing, fights with the Amazons, with the Atlantians, past battles brought to the present through memories where we can even see some Greek gods (this part is really good), some of the Green Lantern fighters. The truth is that although this is a really long film is certainly an excellent film, which if it had reached the cinema would have broken a few records.

If you ask me, as for the plot I give it a 9 because certainly there are scenes that they added to the movie that perhaps should not have been so long, although come on that gives employment to more extras and everyone needs money, as for graphics and special effects without hesitation I give it a 10, although Snyder had a reduced budget to finish the shooting and editing of the film, I particularly think he ate it. If you haven't seen it, and like me, you are a lover of this kind of movie, what are you doing here reading me, run to see it before someone else fills you with spoilers? The truth is that I loved it, I would see it again, although I would have to make several pauses for it hahaha.

Esta semana como lo dije en otra publicación, mis ánimos no han sido los mejores, y creo que se debe a un poco de agotamiento físico aunado al estrés de la nueva oleada del Covid-19, algo que realmente ha sembrado un poco de miedo en mí. He aprovechado un par de días para ver una que otra película y no podía dejar pasar a La Liga de la Justicia de Zack Snyder, ya lo he dicho, soy una amante de las caricaturas y comics, de pequeña recuerdo que era feliz despertando los fines de semana temprano para ver la liga de la justicia, la mujer maravilla, Batman y Robin y todas aquellas caricaturas tan coloridas de los años 80´s y principios de los 90´s, la verdad es que amaba este tipo de caricaturas, y a diferencia de otros, odiaba ver Heidy y esas comiquitas cursis de la época jajaja.
Es así que cada película del universo cinematográfico DC son para mi símbolo de emoción que disfruto por lo general con mis hermanos, pues ellos al igual que yo son fanáticos de todo este mundo comics. Este año los estrenos cinematográficos han tenido que adaptarse a la modalidad Streaming por la pandemia, y es por ello que una de las quejas que tengo con respecto a esta película es que debí verla en el cine para disfrutarla mejor, sin embargo, cubrió y sobrepaso mis expectativas, para comenzar por allí.
Esta Película tiene una duración realmente larga, ni el Titanic se atrevió a tanto, pero sin duda aquí hay mucha más emoción de la que pudo haber sentido Jack mientras dibujaba a Rose en el casi moribundo Titanic. 4 horas 2 minutos es la duración de esta película, así que si eres de los que no te gustan este tipo de películas, nada mas de saber esto querrás salir corriendo, para los que como yo, las amamos, créanme que el tiempo pasa volando, literalmente son 4 horas de acción, mi hermano y yo diferimos en algunas cosas, como que incluyeron algunas escenas que para él están de más, como lo es al principio unas chicas salen haciendo cantos para alabar a Aquaman, que para ese pueblo es un Dios salvador, algo que no se vio en la primera versión.

Debo decir que, aunque son las mismas películas en cuanto a la trama, e incluso los diálogos son los mismo, y hay una que otra escena que verán iguales que en la primera versión, si te gusto la primera, simplemente amaras la segunda. Snyder nos ha regalado una película con menos escenas graciosas, pero con muchas escenas de acción, nos ha regalado 3 finales ocultos que dan pie a futuras películas de esta saga y a otros superhéroes de la liga de la justicia que no habían sido nombrados anteriormente. En Esta versión de la liga de la justicia, podremos ver el origen de algunos héroes que en la versión anterior no fueron vistas.

Aquí podremos ver lo que sería del mundo en el caso de que las tres cajas madres se unieran, gracias a una visión de Cyborg la muerte de algunos de sus héroes desenlazaría un caos total en el planeta, la unión de héroes y villanos podría ser posible (ok, ya no hare más spoilers). En esta versión podremos ver cuál fue el origen de las cajas madres y porque se encontraban en manos de cada reino, lo cual es algo que se comenta, pero no profundiza mucho que digamos. Vemos a un Steppenwolf con su ejército de parademonios, como ya lo pudimos ver anteriormente, pero aquí nos muestran el causante de toda la locura que embarga la mente de Steppenwolf que es Darkseid, una especie de Dios de la oscuridad que quiere acabar con todo a su paso (no sé por qué pero se me parece a otro malvado de otro universo cinematográfico jajaja).

Barry Allen Flash nos muestra aquí un poco más de sus poderes e incluso más de su vida personal siendo lo que creo, es un preámbulo a la película que viene sobre este superhéroe, su personalidad fresca, su jovialidad e incluso un toque de inocencia, son algunas de las cosas que le inyecta un poco de humos a estos superhéroes que para muchos son un tanto aburridos o amargados. Algunas imágenes que habíamos visto en la primera versión, aquí no están, como aquella de Aquaman sentándose sobre el lazo de la verdad de la mujer maravilla y mostrándose sentimental ante sus compañeros, o a Barry Allen pintando la cara de aquel hombre en la fila de la cárcel, aquí tampoco veremos la épica cachetada que Diana Ross le da a Bruce Wayne, pero les aseguro que no las van a extrañar.

También podremos ver un poco de lo que es el origen de Víctor Stone como Cyborg, algo que apenas lo muestran en la primera versión, digamos que aquí tenemos una compilación un poco más completa de los superhéroes que están apareciendo por primera vez en el universo cinematográfico de DC. Sin duda alguna la sorpresa mayor nos las da Lois Lane, mostrándonos un vestigio de lo que puede estar en la trama de una próxima película de Superman, que como en la versión anterior, aquí también lo resucitan y les da tremenda paliza a todos los superhéroes, demostrando así que continúa siendo el más fuerte de ellos, y que, sin dudas, no podrían derrotar a Steppenwolf sin su ayuda. Superman también nos trae una gran sorpresa, y vaya que le queda bien a Henry Cavil.

Una batalla mucho más fuerte con escenas de acción y golpes que no vimos nunca antes, aquí hay peleas desde que comienza hasta que termina la película, eso no va a faltar, peleas con las amazonas, con los atlantianos, batallas pasadas traídas al presente mediante recuerdos en donde incluso podremos ver algunos dioses griegos (esta parte sí que es buena), algunos de los luchadores de Linterna verde. La verdad es que esta aunque es una película realmente larga es sin duda una excelente película, que de haber llegado al cine habría roto unos cuantos récords.

Si me lo preguntan a mí, en cuanto a la trama le doy un 9, pues ciertamente hay escenas que le agregaron a la película que tal vez no debían ser tan largas, aunque venga eso le da empleo a más extras y todos necesitan dinero, en cuanto a gráficos y efectos especiales sin dudarlo le doy un 10, aunque Snyder tuvo un presupuesto reducido para terminar el rodaje y la edición de la película, particularmente pienso que se la comió. Si no la has visto, y como yo, eres amante de este tipo de películas, que haces aquí leyéndome, corre a verla antes que otro más te llene de spoilers. La verdad es que a mí me encanto, la vería de nuevo, aunque tendría que hacer varias pausas para ello jajaja.
