Hello! 💙
I was never a big fan of Pokémon I have to say, but I said the opportunity of this series because I was watching it with my brother, and I know things about Pokémon thanks to him, I must say that yes it is a fairly childish series but if you are a fan of Pokémon I guess you can get to like a lot, but in turn if it is the first series or thing you know of the Pokémon universe the truth is that it is a good gateway, because the plot if it becomes interesting and mysteries that begin to reveal little by little the truth is that it is also developed.
The animation and the fights are really well done for a series that can be classified as childish but despite being childish I think it can be enjoyed by anyone, because at no time you feel heavy the plot as it happens when you see a series that you saw as a child and now as an adult in this case does not happen you feel that in reality the plot is very well handled, and you can enjoy it at all times.
I don't know if the series complements anything of the games, but I can say that I enjoyed it very much and what I like the most about this series is that it is a good gateway for those people who have not seen Pokémon or don't know anything about it, I think it's interesting when they develop these projects, they give an opportunity to new fans.
