Crazy, Stupid, Love: A hilarious representation of love in couples

Review by @giovaabbatichio · 2474d · of Crazy, Stupid, Love

Movies that take love stories into a fun, stress-free environment where we can see a different but real reflection of society are those kinds of films that I like the most because, in addition to entertaining me, they allow me to reflect on love and on the behavior of people when they are involved in a relationship. One of those films that I loved from the first minute I started to see it and that allowed me to see different nuances in love stories is Crazy, Stupid, Love; a romantic comedy with performances and real characters that transmit many contrasts of today's society, characters that show us many of the facets that develop in relationships today.

# For me when watching a romantic comedy is extremely important that it feels real, that the characters and the plot are not empty, I understand that developing original romantic comedies is not easy because that is a genre where practically everything has already been done, however I like the essence of the film to be fun and to manage to trace a path of its own that entertains. Crazy, Stupid, Love certainly meets these parameters because it focuses on different types of relationships, exploring them through adult characters that generate a lot of empathy.

The main plot of this film puts us at the center of different relationships that develop through hilarious situations and scenarios that cause a lot of laughter and empathy. On the one hand we have a couple of husbands who have just separated as a result of a betrayal on the part of the wife, on the other hand a frustrated young woman who has just come out of a relationship to fall madly in love with a womanizer and finally a young nanny who falls in love with the father of the child she cares for and who is also the husband who recently divorced his wife. In short, the film is a constant festival of crazy love (yes) where we see incredible nuances in relationships of all kinds.

# The whole main plot of the film develops from the breakup of the two husbands because we see how a man will have to redirect his life with the help of a womanizer man who helps him to recover and find a new breath in his life. The great thing is that the relationship of these men escalates to become real friends until... Finally, the secret is known that this womanizer man has been dating the daughter of his newest friend, of course without knowing it. From that fact, all kinds of super comic situations are generated where we even have an epic fight scene between several men.

The film is extremely entertaining because we constantly see the development of the different complicated relationships that are portrayed in the film, it is super entertaining to see how the different characters deal with atypical situations where they see their feelings and emotions tested against all kinds of growth tests. This is a film that never stops, the script is developed at a very high pace so that we do not feel any drop in the intensity of the scenes, something is always happening amusing us and making us smile, in short, the entire film is atypical but extremely funny, managing to show us the different capabilities that are seen in relationships.
