¡Hola a todos y todas! Hoy les traigo la reseña de una película que vi hace poco. Es de esos filmes extraños que por alguna razón me gustan y no puedo parar de recomendar o de hablar de ellos. Espero les guste la reseña. 😄

Hello everyone! Today I bring you the review of a movie I saw recently. It's one of those strange films that for some reason I like and can't stop recommending or talking about. I hope you all like the review.😄

La película inicia mostrándonos a una pareja con intenciones de comprar una casa. Al llegar al lugar donde piensan hacerlo, el vendedor les exige que tienen que verla de inmediato, ya que solamente se podía en ese momento. El vendedor los lleva a la casa N°9 (este número es importante), y ya estando ahí les muestra la casa, pero cuando se distraen, se dan cuenta que este no estaba por ningún lado, no había rastro de el.

The film begins by showing us a couple with the intention of buying a house. When they arrive at the place where they plan to do so, the seller demands that they have to see it immediately, since it was only available at that moment. The seller takes them to house number 9 (this number is important), and while there he shows them the house, but when they get distracted, they realize that it was nowhere to be seen, there was no trace of it.

Luego de verse solos, la pareja aprovecha para irse del lugar. Al comenzar a andar por las calles, se dan cuenta que vuelven a encontrarse con la misma casa N°9, entonces lo que hacen es ir en dirección contraria, lo cual es inútil porque vuelven a encontrarse con la misma casa.

After seeing themselves alone, the couple takes the opportunity to leave the place. When they start walking through the streets, they realize that they find the same house N°9 again, so they go in the opposite direction, which is useless because they find the same house again.

Al pasar horas tratando de salir del lugar, deciden rendirse y pasar la noche ahí en la casa. Estando ahí, se encuentran una caja que tiene un bebé y una nota que dice "Críen al bebé y serán liberados", y entonces aquí es donde nos preguntamos el porque de ello, ¿por qué y para que cuidar un bebé que no saben de donde salió? ¿Cuánto tiempo hay que cuidarlo? ¿Días?, ¿Meses?, ¿Años?.

After spending hours trying to get out of the place, they decide to give up and spend the night there in the house. While there, they find a box with a baby in it and a note that says "Raise the baby and you will be released", and then this is where we ask ourselves why, why and why take care of a baby that they don't know where it came from? How long do they have to take care of it? Days? Months? Years?

Aunque la película al principio arranque fuerte, en un punto suele llegar a ser muy lenta y aburrir, pero no nos podemos quedar con la duda del porque están ahí y no pueden salir, así que por ello rescato muchas cosas de ésta (sobre todo del final) y ya les voy a explicar porqué.

Although the film starts off strong at the beginning, at one point it tends to become very slow and boring, but we can't be left with the doubt of why they are there and can't get out, so that's why I rescue many things from this one (especially from the end) and I'll explain why.

Ellos si cuidan al bebé, pero hay algo extraño con el, ya que en tan solo tres meses a crecido del tamaño de un niño de 7 años, lo cual es inquietante y nos hace pensar que definitivamente no es humano.

They do take care of the baby, but there is something strange about him, since in only three months he has grown to the size of a 7 year old child, which is disturbing and makes us think that he is definitely not human.

El niño les hace la vida imposible. Pasan algunos meses y el niño de la nada ya es un adolescente, entonces ellos deducen que no deben cuidarlo mas; al momento de tomar la decisión, Tom (el protagonista) enferma y muere. Inmediatamente el "chico" se encarga de deshacerse del cuerpo, pero la pareja del protagonista al ver esto lo golpea en la cabeza con intenciones de matarlo. El "chico" al darse cuenta de ella, huye y se esconde entre la casa.

The child makes life impossible for them. A few months go by and the child is already a teenager, so they deduce that they should not take care of him anymore; at the time of making the decision, Tom (the protagonist) gets sick and dies. Immediately the "boy" takes care of getting rid of the body, but the protagonist's partner sees this and hits him on the head with the intention of killing him. The "boy" realizing her, runs away and hides in the house.

Mientras el huye y la chica lo persigue, se ven inmersos en una realidad paralela dentro de la casa lo cual es una sorpresa y es mejor verlo que describirlo. Por desgracia la chica muere al caerse de las escaleras y como era evidente, la entierra junto a su pareja.

As he flees and the girl chases him, they are immersed in a parallel reality inside the house which is a surprise and is better seen than described. Unfortunately the girl dies when she falls down the stairs and as was evident, he buries her next to her partner.

Después de esto el "chico" se encarga de arreglar la casa y hacer como si nada hubiera pasado, para luego tomar el puesto de vendedor de casas. O sea, el chico tomó el puesto del vendedor el cual les ofreció la casa N°9 a la pareja fallecida. Esto nos da a entender que el se encargará de llevar a otras personas a la misma casa y hacer exactamente lo mismo con ellos. Es un horrible ciclo sin fin.

After this, the "boy" is in charge of fixing the house and pretending that nothing happened, and then he takes the position of a house salesman. In other words, the boy took the position of the salesman who offered house #9 to the deceased couple. This gives us to understand that he will take other people to the same house and do exactly the same with them. It is a horrible never-ending cycle.

Le doy 3 estrellas de 5 solamente porque me dio mucha curiosidad. Recomiendo verla, pero acepto que hay películas mucho mejores. Muchas gracias por leerme.

I give it 3 stars out of 5 only because it made me very curious. I recommend watching it, but I accept that there are much better movies. Thank you very much for reading me.
