And at that moment a real psychological duel is unleashed between Bermúdez and Gonzalo, the presumed murderer and one of his students. Who, among other things, is the son of a judge and an old friend of Bermudez.

Esto mismo lo ha llevado, en su propio egocentrismo, a divorciar de su mujer, encerrarse en si mismo y dedicarse -aparte de preparar las clases para la Facultad, al whisky.
Su capacidad y su sentido del razonamiento puro van perfectamente de la mano con su escepticismo y su soberbia. No encontrando un lugar donde ponerlos de manfiesto.
Hasta que la oportunidad se presenta bajo las circunstancias de un delito atroz: en la playa de estacionamiento de la Facultad de Derecho donde enseña Bermúdez es encontrado el cadáver de una joven brutalmente mutilado.
Y en ese momento se desencadena un verdadero duelo psicológico entre Bermúdez y Gonzalo el presunto asesino y uno de sus alumnos. Que, entre cosas, es hijo de un juez y viejo amigo de Bermúdez.
Decidido por sobre todas las cosas a probar la culpabilidad del asesino pero, sobre todo, -y aqui está el verdadero meollo de la cuestión- a imponer su tesis sobre las demás se desarrolla una verdadera batalla psicológica sin exclusión de golpes bajos.

A thriller with interest and atmosphere, quite reminiscent of the acclaimed "El Secreto de tus Ojos" with fascinating verbal crossovers that highlight the real difference between the legal and the legitimate, with a precise conception of justice and ethics.
The acting duel between Darín and Ammann is extremely interesting and there are some very good sequence shots.
Impeccable from the technical point of view, with a lot of scenographic ambiguity, with different nuances and with a camera framing that speaks very well of the direction.
Without being one of the great thrillers, it stands out for being a very worthy and noble film in the development of its theme.
Un thriller con interés y clima, que recuerda bastante al consagrado "El Secreto de tus Ojos" con fascinantes cruces verbales que resaltan la verdadera diferencia entre lo legal y lo legítimo, con una precisa concepción sobre la justicia y la ética.
El duelo interpretativo entre Darín y Ammann es sumamente interesante y hay algunos planos de secuencia muy buenos.
Impecable desde el punto de vista técnico, con mucha ambiguedad escenográfica, con diferentes matices y con un encuadratura de cámaras que habla muy bien de la dirección.
Sin entrar a ser una de las grandes películas de suspenso se destaca por ser una película muy digna y noble en el desarrollo de su tema.
