It is a huge pleasure to be here once again. I hope your day is going great, that you wake up grateful for what you have, mainly, remembering how beautiful and strong you are and that you are the loveliest and most important thing in your lives.
First, I would like to thank my beautiful friend @bluevibes for the invitation. I would like to extend it to @rlathulerie , @adalathu and @alizmarpaola.
Today I will be answering a question asked by @irenenavarroart, which says:
♀️ We are not always surrounded by people who share our same tastes or interests. Tell us about the last movie, series, documentary or book you have seen or read that you want to talk about with someone but you have not had the opportunity.
I have always liked watching documentaries about singers, because I think it is a way to see much beyond the shows they offer on stage or what the press can say about them. It is the opportunity to see them as the human beings they are and to know a little more about their personality.
Recently I saw Selena Gomez's documentary "My Mind and Me" that came out, I think last year.

The main focus of this documentary is to make mental health visible, to show us how the pressure of fame has affected Selena mentally, how she has dealt with depression, with the anxiety that makes her be as perfect as possible, with her panic attacks, with her bipolar disorder and especially with her Lupus diagnosis, for which she has been subjected to treatments full of pain and exhaustion, as well as changes in her body humor.
Being honest, this documentary hurt me. It hurt me and even cried for a while after watching it because at one point, I felt identified with several things.
I felt a lot of empathy for Selena for everything she has had to endure, and having such a noble soul. It must not be easy to be criticized for everything, especially for things you can not control. Criticized for being too fat or too thin or because your skin looks spotted, knowing that all of that is a consequence of your illness.
Selena showed herself to be super vulnerable and tells us how her mind can sometimes be her worst enemy. And that she is still in the process of accepting herself, valuing and loving herself, even believing that she is enough.
In short, it is a documentary to show the world the importance of mental health, because it understands how hard it is, even to not want to live.
I hope those who have not seen it are encouraged. It is a very honest documentary, which leaves you great lessons. That shows us that the world lacks a lot of empathy and sensitivity towards others.

¡Hola, hermosas mujeres de @ladiesofhive!
---
Quisiera extenderla a @rlathulerie, @adalathu1 y @alizmarpaola.
