My Review
As with all of my reviews I will not go into the plot
The visual effects in Ant-Man and the Wasp were wonderful the story however was BLAH. My biggest pet peeve was the shrinking of the building. Even if you could shrink the building how do you deal with all the power and plumbing. OK they have amazing tech so they probably have all self contained systems but the building is just one of the shrinking things that made it hard to watch. Don't get me started on the car chases.
I did LOVE Evangeline Lilly as the Wasp. She was amazing. Paul Rudd was great in Ant-Man, and OK in Civil War, but the act gets old. Somehow his personality does not carry the test of multiple movies like Tony Stark.
Michael Peña was fun as Luis but that act will also get boring over time.
One of the best things in the movie was the Mid-Credit scene.
If I am not mistaken the Post Credit scene appeared in the trailer, which is odd.
On the whole I will give it a B just on the strength of the action scenes and Evangeline Lilly.
Rating - B (Worth the price of the ticket and a popcorn)
