My Review
As will all of my reviews I will not go into the plot
The film is roughly based on the memoir by Israeli officer Peter Malkin, Eichmann in My Hands, about the hunt, and capture, of Adolph Eichmann. The pacing, and the story, were very good and were the best parts of the movie. My problem with the movie are Oscar Isaac as Peter Malkin, and Ben Kingsley as Adolf Eichmann. Oscar Isaac's Poe Dameron persona come through especially at the opening of the film. To the Director's credit this disappears in the second, and third, acts. Ben Kingsley gives a good performance, but his accent just throw everything off as he is supposed to be German. I had a hard time with this the whole film.
I, was however, engaged from start to finish and this is why I would recommend you see this film, especially as it depicts an important part of history.
Rating - B Minus (Worth the price of the ticket and a popcorn)
