Sandra Bullock is one of my favorite actresses for several reasons, one of them is that I think she is a very pretty woman because she has shown herself in some movies without a drop of makeup and she looks great. Naturally she is still very attractive unlike other artists. Now, let's talk about her acting, not only beauty has value in the artistic medium, and is that, this actress has done countless roles and not stagnate in a single genre. When this happens, just by seeing the actor or actress you immediately know what their performance on TV is about and this is totally boring.

After watching many Sandra Bullock movies, there was one that shocked me, I never thought I would have so much fun, it is "Miss Congeniality". Let's remember the plot, in this comedy she played an FBI agent who goes undercover as a candidate in the Miss Congeniality pageant to catch a terrorist nicknamed the Citizen. Agent Gracie Hart is frumpy, vulgar, with some rather masculine mannerisms, and thinks that beauty and intelligence cannot go together, that beautiful women have no brains. However, participating in the beauty pageant completely changed all those dogmas she thought about it.

Besides, as they say over there, "there is no ugly woman but poorly groomed", or "there is no ugly woman but poor". It's all about dressing up and dressing well to improve our image. Being flirtatious is a natural in women, usually, something that was far from being in the personality of Special Agent Gracie Hart, who had no idea how to put on makeup, fix her hair, let alone dress, because she was always in uniform. Becoming Gracie Lou Freebush "Miss New Jersey" changed not only her image, but the false stereotypes she had in her mind "ugly woman equals smart" and conversely, "beautiful woman equals dumb".

Her performance in this film was memorable, she developed in a very natural way and in all the scenes she showed freshness and a very original comedy. She did not seem at all pretended or ridiculous as it happened in Maximum Speed, a film in which she starred with Keanu Reeves (Jack Traven). It was understood that despite being an action film, in some dialogues he wanted to convey some comedy that in my opinion did not come out well at all. After seeing this movie, which had a second part and starred Jason Patric (Alex Shaw), I thought that this actress was not cut out for comedy and the genres that better suited her were others. If I'm not mistaken, in the second part of maximum speed she also had some dialogues that invited to comedy, but in my opinion they were not good at all.

I have seen Sandra Bullock act in dramas like "Premonitions", in action like "The Network" or in fantasy horror like "Bird Box: Blindly", which shows that she is a very versatile actress in terms of genres. I also saw her in the comedy "The Proposal", alongside Ryan Reinolds (Andrew Paxton) in which she managed to get a smile out of more than one. After seeing all these sublime performances, I think that the incident with maximum speed 1 and 2 is in the past.

This actress has done everything, but Mis Simpatía is still my favorite movie, every time it is shown I watch it over and over again, it doesn't bore me at all. All the scenes are loaded with humor, action and the interest in the film is maintained until the end. It's not about black humor and that's exactly what makes it special. The scenes I liked the most were the ones at the beginning, when she had not yet changed her image and was somewhat ordinary, rude and sarcastic when talking. She had a somewhat peculiar way of walking, not at all feminine, and not to mention her hairstyle, which she herself said she hadn't brushed her hair for at least a decade.

I can't help but praise this interesting work where, for me, only the exterior of the woman is valued, she is judged by her physical appearance centered on her clothes, hairstyle and makeup. It is only an external layer that apparently does not allow us to look beyond, in a deeper way. And the fact is that, despite not being dressed up, Agent Gracie Hart was very pretty, however, a makeover did not make her prettier, it only highlighted how beautiful she already was, both inside and out.

Sandra Bullock es una de mis actrices favoritas por varios aspectos, uno de ellos es que me parece una mujer muy linda porque se ha mostrado en algunas películas sin una gota de maquillaje y se ve genial. Al natural sigue siendo muy atractiva a diferencia de otras artistas. Ahora bien, hablemos de su actuación, no solo la belleza tiene valor en el medio artístico, y es que, esta actriz ha realizado innumerables papeles y no se estancó en un solo género. Cuando esto sucede, con solo ver al actor o a la actriz de inmediato ya sabes de qué trata su interpretación en la TV y esto es totalmente aburrido.

Después de ver muchas películas de Sandra Bullock, hubo una que me impactó, nunca pensé que me divertiría tanto, se trata de “Miss Congeniality”. Recordemos un poco la trama, en esta comedia interpretó a una agente del FBI que se introduce de manera encubierta como una candidata más en el concurso Miss Estados Unidos para atrapar a un terrorista apodado el ciudadano. La agente Gracie Hart es desaliñada, vulgar, con algunos gestos algo masculinos y piensa que la belleza y la inteligencia no pueden combinarse, que las mujeres hermosas no tienen cerebro. Sin embargo, participar en el certamen de belleza cambió por completo todos esos dogmas que pensaba de ello.

Además, como dicen por allí, “no hay mujer fea sino mal arreglada”, o “no hay mujer fea sino pobre”. Todo se trata de arreglarse y vestir bien para mejorar nuestra imagen. Ser coqueta es nato en la mujer, por lo general, algo que estaba muy lejos de ser en la personalidad de la agente especial Gracie Hart, quien no tenía ni idea de cómo maquillarse, arreglar su cabello y mucho menos vestirse, porque siempre estaba uniformada. Convertirse en Gracie Lou Freebush “Miss New Jersey” cambió no solo su imagen, sino los falsos estereotipos que tenía en su mente “mujer fea es igual a inteligente” y por el contrario, “mujer bella es igual a ser tonta” .

Su actuación en este film fue memorable, se desenvolvió de manera muy natural y en todas las escenas mostró frescura y una comicidad muy original. Para nada se percibe fingida o ridícula como sucedió en máxima velocidad, película que protagonizó con Keanu Reeves (Jack Traven). Se entendía que pese a ser una película de acción, en algunos diálogos quería transmitir algo de comicidad que en mi opinión no le salió nada bien. Después de ver esta película que tuvo una segunda parte y la protagonizó con Jason Patric (Alex Shaw) pensé que esta actriz no tenía madera para la comedia y los géneros que mejor le calzaban eran otros. Si no me equivoco, en la segunda parte de máxima velocidad también tuvo algunos diálogos que invitaban a la comicidad, pero en mi opinión no eran nada buenos.

He visto a Sandra Bullock actuar en dramas como en “Premoniciones”, en acción como “La Red o en terror fantástico como en “Bird Box: A ciegas”, lo cual demuestra que es una actriz muy versátil en cuanto a géneros se refiere. También la vi en la comedia “La propuesta”, junto a Ryan Reinolds (Andrew Paxton) en la que logró sacarle una sonrisa a más de uno. Después de ver todas estas sublimes actuaciones, pienso que el incidente con máxima velocidad 1 y 2 quedó en el pasado.

Esta actriz ha hecho de todo, pero Mis Simpatía no deja de ser mi película favorita, cada vez que la pasan la veo una y otra vez, no me aburre en lo absoluto. Todas las escenas están cargadas de humor, acción y el interés en el film se mantiene hasta el final. No se trata de humor negro y eso es justo lo que la hace especial. Las escenas que más me gustaron fueron las del comienzo, cuando aún no había cambiado de imagen y era algo ordinaria, ruda y sarcástica al hablar. Tenía un modo de caminar un tanto peculiar, nada femenino y ni hablar del peinado, que ella misma decía no haberse pasado un cepillo por el cabello al menos por una década.

No puedo dejar de elogiar este interesante trabajo donde para mí, solo se valora el exterior de la mujer, es juzgada por su aspecto físico centrado en la ropa, peinado y maquillaje. Tan solo se trata de una capa externa que al parecer no permite mirar más allá, de una manera más profunda. Y es que, pese a no estar arreglada la agente Gracie Hart era muy bonita, no obstante, con un cambio de imagen no se hizo más bonita, solo resaltó lo bella que ya era, tanto por dentro como por fuera.
