Continuing to torture myself I watched another Naruto Shippuden movie, this being the 4th movie called The Lost Tower, which, this one I also thought was pretty good and watched it again to refresh my memory. I will give a brief summary of the movie which may contain spoilers, but don't worry, you still won't miss anything.

The Lost Tower begins with Naruto, Sakura, Yamato and Sai on a mission to capture a renegade ninja named Mukade who specialized in puppets, who were fighting against him in the ruins of Rouran, a city that once had many towers that was in the middle of the desert between Konoha and Kumogakure. Mukade's goal is to remove the seal placed by the 4th Hokage to travel to the past and subdue the 5 great nations with the power of the Ryumyaku (wow, a villain wanting to control the 5 great villages, who would have thought). The thing is that he manages to free him and with him, Naruto and Yamato go 20 years into the past, although for some reason (which is not explained, of course) Mukade arrives 6 years before Naruto and changes his name to Anrokuzan.

The thing is that Mukade (now Anrokuzan) is a kind of minister that Sara has a lot of faith in. To make a long story short, here we see that Minato, Choza (Choji's dad) and Shibu (Shino's dad) team up to go to Rouran to protect the queen and stop the madman who wants to take over the world (this movie is set after Jiraiya's death and before Pain's invasion, that's why Naruto doesn't recognize Minato as his father). Short story, the good guys win and Naruto together with Yamato return to their timeline, which by the way, Yamato was not seen at any point in the movie until the end, Kakashi also comes out small, but nothing relevant really, neither of them (Naruto and Yamato) remembered anything of the events, everything was like a dream for them.

Para no hacer el cuento demasiado largo, aquí vemos que Minato, Choza (el papa de Choji) y Shibu (el papa de Shino) hacen equipo para ir a Rouran a proteger a la reina y detener al loco que quiere dominar al mundo (esta película se sitúa luego de la muerte de Jiraiya y antes de la invasión de Pain, por eso Naruto no reconoce a Minato como su padre). Cuento corto, los buenos ganan y Naruto junto a Yamato vuelven a su línea de tiempo, que por cierto, Yamato no se vio en ningún momento de la película hasta al final, también sale Kakashi chiquito, pero nada relevante la verdad, ninguno de los dos (Naruto y Yamato) recordó nada de los acontecimientos, todo fue como un sueño para ellos.
My final thoughts about this movie is that now that I saw it again it was too boring, the villain is Meh, nothing impressive or imposing as many villains of the series, it wants to give a lot and in the end it's nothing, there are no fights that leave you glued watching the movie, it's a pretty interesting premise but it's pretty meh, the new characters are not memorable, only the heroes we already know, I think that so far The Ninja Road is still my favorite Naruto Shippuden movie, because while it's not the best you'll see, at least it's quite entertaining and has its touches of nostalgia, but I feel that the others are to inflate the Naruto franchise, but hey, that's just my opinion, what's yours? Mis pensamientos finales sobre esta película es que ahora que la volví a ver se me hizo demasiado aburrida, el villano es Meh, nada impresionante ni imponente como muchos villanos de la serie, se la quiere dar de mucho y al final no es nada, no hay peleas que te dejen pegado viendo la película, es una premisa bastante interesante pero queda bastante meh, los personajes nuevos no son memorables, solo los héroes que ya conocemos, creo que hasta ahora El camino Ninja sigue siendo mi película favorita de Naruto Shippuden, porque si bien no es lo mejor que vas a ver, al menos es bastante entretenida y tiene sus toques de nostalgia, pero siento que las demás son para inflar la franquicia de Naruto, pero bueno, esa es solo mi opinión ¿Cuál es la tuya?
