¡Bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog, chicos! El día de hoy les traigo un post que quise hacer hace un tiempo, motivado a una joya que vi en Netflix que relamente no me esperaba que fuera tan buena, pero terminó gustándome demasiado, por ende, decidí hablarles un poco sobre esta película para invitarlos a verla, esta será otra de mis reseñas sin spoilers así que, sin más que agregar, vamos a darle.

Today I bring you a post I wanted to do a while ago, motivated by a gem I saw on Netflix that I really didn't expect it to be so good, but I ended up liking it too much, therefore, I decided to tell you a little about this movie to invite you to watch it, this will be another of my spoiler-free reviews so, without further ado, let's get to it.

Todos conocemos el mundo del cine estadounidense, el cuál tiene su sede principal en Hollywood, pero para esas personas que no lo saben, existe una versión de la india de la industria cinematográfica, la cuál es conocida como Bollywood, literalmente cualquier película que sea hecha basada en cualquier idioma hindi, se considera parte de esta industria.
Entonces, la película de la que hablaré hoy, conocida como RRR es una película de acción y drama de Bollywood el cuál tiene muchas cosas épicas para destacar.
Conocí esta película gracias a un Tiktoker famoso que conozco que se llama Javier Ibarreche, el cuál se dedica a hacer reviews de películas en vídeos cortos y surgió esta película, pueden ver dicho vídeo al hacer click aquí; luego de haber visto ese vídeo, la curiosidad me ganó y decidí verla y esto fue lo que sucedió.

We all know about the American film world, which has its main headquarters in Hollywood, but for those people who don't know, there is an Indian version of the film industry, which is known as Bollywood, literally any movie that is made based on any Hindi language, is considered part of this industry.
So, the movie I will be talking about today, known as RRR is a Bollywood action-drama movie which has a lot of epic stuff to highlight.
I got to know this movie thanks to a famous Tiktoker I know called Javier Ibarreche, who is dedicated to make movie reviews in short videos and this movie came up, you can watch that video by click here; after watching that video, curiosity got the better of me and I decided to watch it and this is what happened.
Lo que me gustó | What I liked
Lo primero que debo enfatizar, es el hecho de que es una película de acción súper absurda, es decir, existen varios tipos de películas de acción como Misión Imposible o Duro de Matar donde suceden cosas que son bastante difíciles de que sucedan en la vida real como que una persona pueda saltar de una moto a otra sin perder el equilibrio mientras dispara un arma y cosas así, pero en este caso, lo llevan a otro nivel.
Literalmente estamos hablando de dos personas que parecieran ser súper humanos, pero que, al final, son personas que sangran y sufren, pero que entrenaron sus cuerpos con demasiado esfuerzo como para volverse unas máquinas de guerra.
The first thing I must emphasize is the fact that it is a super absurd action movie, that is, there are several types of action movies like Mission Impossible or Die Hard where things happen that are quite difficult to happen in real life as a person can jump from one motorcycle to another without losing balance while firing a gun and things like that, but in this case, they take it to another level.
We're literally talking about two people who appear to be superhuman, but in the end, they're people who bleed and suffer, but who trained their bodies too hard to become war machines.
La trama es genial, uno de los protagonistas (Bheem) es un indio que quiere buscar a su hermana menor porque fue raptada por unos ingleses, mientras que el otro (Raju), es un soldado que trabaja para las filas de estos últimos, sin embargo, por casualidades de la vida, terminan trabajando en equipo para salvar la vida de una persona y comienzan una amistad épica llena de muchos giros argumentales, una genialidad total.
Ahora, retomando lo propuesto en los primeros párrafos, la parte absurda de la acción dentro de la película lo llevan a otro nivel, muchas explosiones, muchos golpes que podrían matar a seres humanos normales pero que ahí pareciera no afectar del todo a los protagonistas, saltos exageradamente distantes, movimientos en cámara lenta súper espectaculares y así sucesivamente.
The plot is great, one of the main characters (Bheem) is an Indian who wants to look for his younger sister because she was kidnapped by some Englishmen, while the other (Raju), is a soldier who works for the ranks of the latter, however, by chance of life, they end up working as a team to save the life of a person and begin an epic friendship full of many plot twists, a total genius.
Now, going back to what was proposed in the first paragraphs, the absurd part of the action in the movie takes it to another level, many explosions, many blows that could kill normal human beings but that seem not to affect the protagonists at all, exaggeratedly distant jumps, super spectacular slow motion movements and so on.
Como buena película de la India, no era posible que no hubiera una parte donde cantaran o bailaran de forma extravagante o frenética y debo admitir que, de forma contundente, esta película tiene una de las mejores escenas de batallas de baile que he visto en mi vida, que he hizo reír con locura y a su vez, me hizo sentir demasiado impactado y sorprendido, era imposible para mí dejar de ver como este par sacaba los pasos prohibídos.
Siento que la película tiene un equilibrio perfecto entre las escenas de acción (que son súper absurdas, repito, pero son demasiado buenas, graciosas y refrescantes), el drama, los chistes y demás, todo es un mezclote especial de muchos elementos cinematográficos de nivel.
As a good Indian movie, it was not possible that there was not a part where they sang or danced in an extravagant or frenetic way and I must admit that, in a resounding way, this movie has one of the best dance battle scenes I have ever seen in my life, that made me laugh madly and at the same time, made me feel too shocked and surprised, it was impossible for me to stop watching how this couple pulled out the forbidden steps.
I feel that the movie has a perfect balance between the action scenes (which are super absurd, I repeat, but they are too good, funny and refreshing), the drama, the jokes and so on, everything is a special mix of many cinematic elements of level.
Lo que no me gustó | What I did not like
Hay muy pocas cosas que realmente no me gustaron de esta película, una de ellas es el hecho de que dura 3 horas, o sea, no me malinterpreten, las películas que son envolventes con tramas profundas son generalmente películas que duran esa cantidad de tiempo pero una película de acción que dura 3 horas es demasiada información para una sola noche.
Yo tuve que ver la película en dos partes, la primera hora y media una noche y la otra mitad al día siguiente porque no aguanté (también por el hecho de estar algo ebrio cuando empecé a ver la primera hora y media), me pareció muy denso el hecho de estar viendo drama y acción absurda por más de 1 hora y media seguida.
De resto, siento que la película cumplió su función de entretener y hacer reír al máximo, fue muy sorprendente, con algo de CGI que podía llegar a ser un poco extraño, pero nada fuera de los límites de una obra como esa.
There are very few things that I really didn't like about this movie, one of them is the fact that it lasts 3 hours, I mean, don't get me wrong, movies that are involving with deep plots are usually movies that last that amount of time but an action movie that lasts 3 hours is too much information for a single night.
I had to watch the movie in two parts, the first hour and a half one night and the other half the next day because I couldn't stand it (also because I was a little drunk when I started watching the first hour and a half), I found it very dense to be watching drama and absurd action for more than 1 hour and a half straight.
Otherwise, I feel that the movie fulfilled its function of entertaining and making you laugh to the maximum, it was very surprising, with some CGI that could be a little strange, but nothing out of the limits of a work like that.
Palabras Finales | Final Words
A veces uno consigue joyas por ahí de casualidad y jústamente eso me pasó, esta película, de haberla visto en algún anuncio de Netflix, segúramente la hubiera omitido porque se vería muy rancia, pero al darle la oportunidad, encontré una buena película para ver cuando quieres relajarte de las cosas profundas y pasar a algo más elemental como el cine absurdo de acción y drama.
Por todo lo mencionado anteriormente, le doy de calificación a esta película un 9/10 solo por el hecho de la duración, porque de haber sido un poco más corta con la trama más condensada, sería un rotundo 10/10.
Sometimes you get gems out there by chance and that's exactly what happened to me, this movie, if I had seen it in a Netflix ad, I would have probably skipped it because it would look very stale, but by giving it a chance, I found a good movie to watch when you want to relax from the deep stuff and move on to something more elemental like absurd action and drama movies.
For all of the above, I give this movie a 9/10 just because of the length, because if it had been a little shorter with a more condensed plot, it would have been a resounding 10/10.
