Que les puedo decir, no me juzguen, acaso Bruce Willis, Ben Afleck, Liv Tyler y una banda sonora de Aerosmith no es suficiente? mi mente de 9 años no lo podía ni creer, esta era una película que veía en plena llegada del siglo XIX y siempre habían especulaciones acerca del fin inminente de la tierra apenas llegará el nuevo milenio, esta película logró asustarme, emocionarme, llorar y cantar inglés sin ni siquiera conocer el idioma.
What can I say, don't judge me, is Bruce Willis, Ben Afleck, Liv Tyler and an Aerosmith soundtrack not enough? my 9-year-old mind couldn't believe it, this was a movie that I saw in the middle of the 19th century and there were always speculations about the imminent end of the earth as soon as the new millennium will arrive, this movie managed to scare me, move me, cry and sing English without even knowing the language.
A estas alturas de la vida no creo que exista alguien no haya visto Armagedon, pero por si hay alguien que no la ha visto, les explico un poco de la historia, se trata de que la nasa detecta el acercamiento de un asteroide en dirección a la tierra , inmediatamente se enfocan en buscar alternativas de solución al problema y evitar la destrucción del planeta debido al impacto, muchas ideas surgen pero ninguna es tan eficaz, hasta que creen que la mejor opción es enviar una nave que aterrice en el asteroide, utilice maquinaria para cavar un agujero en el asteroide y colocar una bomba que lo destruya, sin embargo no es sencillo, deben usar un equipo especial de perforación y los astronautas deben encargarse de ese trabajo para lo cual no están calificados, además la explosión debe ocurrir antes de llegar a una distancia determinada porque si se hace después de ese punto los mismos restos del asteroide impactarían en la tierra, así que buscan a personas expertas en perforación petrolera.

Esta película tiene la misma dosis de acción que de tristeza, pues cada uno de los tripulantes inexpertos en el espacio pero grandes perforadores petroleros tiene una historia de vida particular y cada uno enfrentará sus propios miedos en esta misión que podría ser muy peligrosa, no me gustaría contarles el final pero las cosas no salen nada bien una vez que llegan al esteroide y el plan debió sufrir muchos cambios y algunos pierden la vida de forma heroica por salvar a la humanidad
This film has the same dose of action as of sadness, because each one of the inexperienced crew members in space but big oil drillers has a particular life story and each one will face their own fears in this mission that could be very dangerous, I don't know. I would like to tell you the ending but things don't go well once they get to the steroid and the plan had to undergo many changes and some heroically lose their lives to save humanity
Esta película es muy importante a nivel personal porque vi manifestada en la pantalla los valores humanos como lo es el perdón y el amor a la familia, también vi manifestado en una de los personajes la importancia de vivir cada segundo de tu vida como si fuese el último. Mi escena favorita es cuando uno de los tripulantes se vuelve loco y tiene que detenerlo y encerrarlo en pleno asteroide, después de pasado un tiempo este amigo se estabilizó mentalmente, pero fue algo completamente humano volverse loco en el espacio, creo que posiblemente la mayoría de las personas perderíamos la cordura si nos encontráramos en tales circunstancias a miles de kilómetros del planeta tierra, yo particularmente creo que me perdería en el espacio como el Mayor Tom en la canción de David Bowie 😅
This film is very important on a personal level because I saw human values manifested on the screen, such as forgiveness and love for the family, I also saw manifested in one of the characters the importance of living every second of your life as if it were the latest. My favorite scene is when one of the crew goes crazy and you have to stop him and lock him in the middle of the asteroid, after a while this friend stabilized mentally, but it was a completely human thing to go crazy in space, I think probably most of people would lose their sanity if we found ourselves in such circumstances thousands of kilometers from planet earth, I particularly believe that I would lose myself in space like Major Tom in David Bowie's song 😅
