Hello, how are you, Scrooble Life community?
Today I want to participate in @wiseagent's initiative, which is related to serial killers, with the incredible movie called Predator: Badlands.
This is a choice that goes very well with the theme, because this creature is a hunter; that's what they live for and what they enjoy.
It's practically, hehe, I think that's what they are born for, according to the movie. Also, we will get to know the story of Dek, a young Yautja. Well, without further ado, here we go!
This movie Predator: Badlands was released in the year 2025. It's the newest installment in this interesting saga.
Also, when you watch it, you can enjoy a movie that is very different from the rest. Here, the main role and all the focus go to Dek, the Yautja.
If you watch it, you'll understand more about his species, his hunting style, his customs, and everything else. If you've already seen the Predator movies in the past, here you'll learn more of the backstory.
It's an action and hunting movie, and yes, it could also be considered that the Yautja murders his rivals, but he mostly wants to prove that he is capable of overcoming his own limitations and wants to prove to his tribe that he is the best hunter, going after the biggest and most dangerous prey in the film.
We are going to learn that the hunt takes place on a planet called Genna.
It is completely dangerous here because it has a habitat where an ordinary person couldn't survive: from high dangerous mountains, large animals, to even carnivorous plants that can eat you.
Also, the ground sometimes has poisonous plants. Only a creature like the Predator could adapt to these circumstances.
We will also see in the movie other protagonists who will be able to adapt to the planet.
Well, from here on out there might be spoilers. If you haven't seen the movie, go watch it. 🎬🍿 I know you'll love this masterpiece. 🔥👽
Have you ever wondered what a movie would be like where the main focus is the Predator?
Well, this is the perfect movie, because here you'll see that everything revolves around him.
Here Dek, as I mentioned, is rejected by his clan because he was different from the rest. He was small and his people believed he wouldn't have the skills to hunt.
Furthermore, for him, this felt like his own tribe didn't trust him.
So, he liked to train with his brother, also a Yautja, and here clearly the brother is superior and told him words to the effect that he wouldn't be a good hunter.
Also, imagine this: then something happens where the father kills the brother and Dek feels a deep pain inside and sets out to be the best and go hunt the most monstrous thing.
Now, when he arrives at the planet of the monstrous beast called the Kalisk, he has the mission to kill the creature and defeat it to show his honor to his people and prove that he is the best.
Here something very difficult happens for the hunter: on the planet he loses all the weapons he had to defend himself and is left with nothing.
Besides, let's remember that this creature's weapons were specially technological for hunting.
Now, have you wondered who the real monster is here: the Yautja, the Predator, or the great Kalisk?
You have to watch it, because this movie intrigues me. You don't know who is the strongest.
Well, when you observe and analyze the points, both of the Predator vs. the Kalisk, you will be able to understand who dominates whom.
If you know the answer, I'd like you to leave a comment. I'll read you and let's discuss it.
We are going to see that the Predator meets an ally when he is on the planet of the great threat, the Kalisk.
He meets an android who was trapped in a carnivorous plant and helps and rescues her. To his surprise, the android was without her legs.
Here, over time, this android helps the Predator, but since he is a creature that hunts alone, he resists the girl's help.
What's more, he only sees her as a defective tool.
Also, along the way he meets Bud, a creature that is also agile.
Now, on the planet, there are three of them: the Predator, Bud, and the android. They are like a mini pack, but the Predator resists having friends.
Even the android tells him that he can become like a wolf, the one who takes care of the pack, the leader. But these words surprised him.
Along the way, he learns what the android meant about the wolf.
Here the Predator faces the creature the Kalisk and realizes it is a dangerous creature that practically cannot die because it has regeneration capabilities, especially because he cuts off its head and it regenerates; seeing this he has to create a different plan, plus in the movie you will see what happens after this event, who is the great rival to defeat, and what happens in the outcome of the film.

Hola, ¿cómo están, comunidad Scrooble Life?
Si no has visto la película, ve a verla.
