Martin Scorsese and Mick Jagger team up to offer us a feature film made up of 10 impressive chapters, in which chaos is the absolute protagonist... a journey through the madness of the music industry in the 70s.
With tons of drugs, sex, and lysergic outrage right from the start.
Scorsese was in charge of directing the two-hour pilot, where the cocaine almost leaves the screen to fascinate us all, an enviable work that knocks down buildings (literally), with a script by the mythical character. Terence Winter, creator of "The Sopranos" because there was also a time of turmoil, mafia and darkness...
Bobby Cannavale is a great and underrated actor who plays Richie Finestra, the president of an impressive record label who leaves it all behind and rocks it in every damn frame.....
If you're on an explosive soundtrack, no one survives. Music lovers can't miss it because I guarantee you will be surprised with so much information, it's an intense and addictive entertainment, unfortunately HBO cancelled it and left us wanting more...but I promise you, this unique and unforgettable season is well worth it. -
