Today I'm going to tell you about this anime that even I'm surprised to have seen, because what I usually watch are horror, dramatic, and even comedy things, but fighting series of this kind are not in my first choices to watch, but something in this one made me do it and I still don't know for sure what it was, so I'm going to tell you about Kengan Ashura.

Hoy les voy a hablar de este anime que hasta a mí me sorprende haber visto, pues lo que veo usualmente son cosas de terror, dramáticas, e incluso comedia, pero series de peleas de este tipo no están en mis primeras opciones para ver, pero algo en este me hizo hacerlo y todavía no sé con certeza qué fue, así que les hablaré de Kengan Ashura.
Kengan Ashura trata sobre la doble fachada del mundo de los negocios en Japón, un país donde las tradiciones siempre se mantienen con el pasar del tiempo, incluso en un mundo donde todo debe estar sobre papel, pero no es así, pues en secreto la élite empresarial lleva a cabo duelos de peleas, los Kengan Ashura, para decidir quién se queda con un contrato en específico, siempre son peleas 1vs1 y el perdedor debe ceder lo que sea que se haya acordado.
 
The first chapter is perfect, it has the necessary dose of visual content and information about what is happening to catch the viewer's attention and make them not take off the screen until the end of the series, and for me, that is the strong point of the series, never lacks information and satisfy the viewer by explaining absolutely everything that happens, making us feel part of what we are seeing and not just another spectators of the bunch.
Also, the voice of the narrator, that omnipotent God who is going to tell us absolutely everything, is very well done, it is not the typical narrator's voice squeaky or with a higher or deeper tone than normal, it is perfect for its task and I can't imagine it any other way, this at least in Japanese, in other languages I don't know how it will be.
El primer capítulo es perfecto, tiene la dosis necesaria de contenido visual e información sobre lo que está sucediendo para atrapar la atención del espectador y hacer que no se despegue de la pantalla hasta que se acabe toda la serie, y para mí ese es el punto fuerte de la serie, nunca falta información y satisfacen al espectador explicando absolutamente todo lo que sucede, haciendo que nos sintamos parte de lo que estamos viendo y no solo unos espectadores más del montón.
Además, la voz del narrador, ese dios omnipotente que nos va a contar absolutamente todo, está muy bien hecha, no es la voz típica de narrador chillona o con un tono más alto o más profundo de lo normal, es perfecta para su cometido y no la imagino de otra forma, esto al menos en japones, en otros idiomas no sé cómo será.

Kazuo Yamashita is the most incredible thing and he is my favorite character, he is the typical man who works in a company immersed in monotony since always, until one day he sees Tokita fighting and that day his life changes completely, because by fate, or perhaps by chance, he will become the one who will take care of Tokita while he fights for his company, and fuck, I was dying of laughter when I saw Kazuo's reactions, he was the most common man in the world and from one day to another he is living in a new world where millions of dollars change hands at the end of a fight and the rights to build buildings belong to the one who wins the fight.
Tokita Ohma va a ser uno de nuestros protagonistas, el típico macho alfa que hace lo que quiere cuando quiere y el que le diga que no paga las consecuencias físicamente, la verdad, él cae mal, pero no es malo del todo, su personalidad es demasiado fuerte y demandante, pero eso no lo hace a prueba de balas, y aunque a veces le partan hasta el alma, su orgullo es demasiado como para que acepte que hay cosas que debe cambiar para mejorar y poder seguir ganando batallas.
Kazuo Yamashita es la cosa más increíble y es mi personaje favorito, es el típico señor que trabaja en un empresa inmerso en la monotonía desde siempre, hasta que un día ve pelear a Tokita y ese día su vida cambia por completo, pues por cuestiones del destino, o quizás por la causalidad, se convertirá en el que va a cuidar de Tokita mientras pelea para su empresa, y joder, yo me moría de la risa al ver las reacciones de Kazuo, él era el hombre más común del mundo y de un día para otro está viviendo en un nuevo mundo donde millones de dólares cambian de dueño al final de una pelea y los derechos para construir edificios le pertenecen al que gane la pelea.

Si este fuera un anime más de pelea, como lo es Baki, anime que también me sorprende haber visto, pero de Baki les hablo después, porque definitivamente no me gustó, en fin, si Kengan Ashura solo fuera peleas sin fin con ninguna razón aparente para que sucedan, no me hubiera gustado en absoluto, pero no, aquí estás peleas clandestinas tienen su razón de ser y es drenar la violencia que se produce entre empresas, no solo al apostar dinero y derechos para iniciar empresas, además de muchas otras cosas, si no que es la mejor forma que tienen de mantener la paz y que no se inicie una guerra públicamente que no beneficiaria a nadie.
Kazuo Yamashita es el mejor personaje de todos, no solo porque hace que uno soporte a Tokita Ohma, si no porque al ser un hombre común y tener reacciones reales ante ese mundo que creía imposible hasta hace pocos días, hace que uno se sienta identificado con él, lo que solo podría dar risa hace que uno tenga un ataque de risa incontrolable porque uno sabe que su reacción sería la que cualquiera de nosotros tendría.
Another one of my favorite things is the music! Fuck, too good, you would expect to find mostly rap in this kind of productions, but no, it has metal, rock and heavy metal everywhere, I loved it, here above I leave the intro for you to enjoy it because you will, it has the best fight sequence where they swap Tokita and Kazuo, because even though Kazuo doesn't fight physically, he does it his way, and fuck, I loved that intro, I never gave it skip, I always saw it or listened to it, but I didn't take it off.
