Esa es la sinopsis que van a encontrar en cualquier sitio de internet y si la hubiera leído no hubiera visto la película. No le hace honor a todo lo que se vive y experimenta al ver la película.
The Devil all the time focuses on the life of a young man who only wants to protect those he loves most in a post-war town surrounded by sinister people and corruption. That's the synopsis you'll find anywhere on the Internet and if I had read it I wouldn't have seen the movie. It doesn't honor everything you experience when you see the movie.
La película cuenta con un elenco excepcional: Tom Holland, Bill Skarsgard, Riñey keough, Jason Clark, Mia Wasikowska, Robert Pattinson y muchos más. No me puedo quejar de ninguno, todo fue perfecto, cada uno te lleva de la mano de su historia personal, mostrando el por qué de sus acciones y cómo esas acciones repercuten en la vida de los demás.
Como siempre se dice, odia al personaje pero no al actor, y aquí hay que aplicarlo. Hay personajes que van a romper tu corazón una y otra vez de una forma tan maravillosa que te cuestionas si de verdad hay que despreciarlos o no.
The film has an exceptional cast: Tom Holland, Bill Skarsgard, Riñey keough, Jason Clark, Mia Wasikowska, Robert Pattinson and so many others. I can't complain about any of them, everything was perfect, each one takes you by the hand of their personal story, showing you why they act and how those actions affect the lives of others.
As we always say, hate the character but not the actor, and here we have to apply it. There are characters that will break your heart over and over again in such a wonderful way that you wonder if you really have to despise them or not.

Muchos dicen que está bien y otros que no tanto, pero como no he leído el libro solo hablo de la película, y para ser sincero, no sé si lea el libro, porque puede terminar siendo mejor o peor, y es algo que no quiero descubrir.
Muchos personajes, demasiadas historias conectadas, y los saltos en el tiempo generan muchísima confusión, pero no es difícil seguir el hilo de la historia si de verdad le prestas atención, por de no ser así te pierdes con mucha facilidad en todo el camino.

El fanatismo, la ignorancia, la fe ciega, la hipocresía, el querer aparentar ser algo que no se es, son tan solo una de las pequeñas cosas que se muestran en la película. Entendendo el contexto histórico donde se desarrollan todos los hechos, uno puede llegar a comprender por qué todo sucede, aunque prácticamente las cosas sucedan por casualidad, causalidad o el destino que coloca a las personas justo en el lugar donde deben estar.
Ser bueno o malo por ser o no religioso es una de las mayores excusas y mentiras que tiene el ser humano para cometer atrocidades y luego pedir disculpas con la esperanza de no recibir castigo alguno. Esta película te lleva a cuestionar si eres una buena o mala persona.
I don't know about you, but most of the religious movies that have come into my hands have been just to exalt or try to make you see that religion is what makes people good and not because people are good per se.
Fanaticism, ignorance, blind faith, hypocrisy, wanting to appear to be something you are not, are just one of the little things shown in the film. By understanding the historical context where all the events take place, one can come to understand why everything happens, even though things practically happen by chance, causality, or the destiny that places people right where they should be.
To be good or bad because one is religious or not is one of the greatest excuses and lies that human beings have for committing atrocities and then apologizing in the hope of receiving no punishment. This film leads you to question whether you are a good person or a bad person.
La escenografía, la banda sonora, las actuaciones, todo es casi perfecto. Como les dije, es posible que si te descuidas por un minutos puedes llegar a perderte en las ramas de la historia que se va entretejiendo alrededor de los personajes.
Durante toda la película contamos con la ayuda de un narrador que nos lleva de la mano a través de la historia, este narrador no es más ni menos que el escritor del libro; la emoción que me embargó al saberlo fue grande. Amaría tener un libro publicado al que le hagan una película y luego yo tenga que participar siendo el narrador de la historia.

La película dura dos horas y media, a pesar de tener un ritmo vertiginoso que no te deja quitarle la atención por un minuto, hay escenas que podrán llegar a aburrirte. Tienen que estar preparados para enojarse, para llorar, para querer asesinar a alguien y quizás revivir traumas enterrados sobre los que nadie quiere hablar.
Yo la amé, pero mis gustos en películas ya son de por sí muy cuestionables y no tienen que confiar del todo, pero sí les han gustado alguna de las películas anteriores sobre las que he hablado, es posible que esta les vaya a gustar.
The film lasts two and a half hours, despite having a very fast rhythm that doesn't let you take your attention off it for a minute, there are scenes that can get boring. You have to be prepared to get angry, to cry, to want to murder someone and perhaps relive buried traumas that no one wants to talk about.
