An interesting movie
I saw this at JB HiFi the other day, and thought that it was worth getting. As it turned out we had a few hours spare today, so this movie was watched. It stars Jackie Chan and Pierce Brosnan as the two main characters. Jackie stars as a humble restaurant owner with only a daughter left as his entire family. She is killed in a London bombing by a group calling themselves the real IRA.The Irish minister is played by Pierce who has ties back to the IRA, there has been peace between the British government and the IRA for the last nineteen years in which Pierce has been instrumental. Jackie wants the names of the bombers, and goes to see Pierce in Ireland.

All in all a pretty good movie, not a bad thriller, it does tend to follow the standard script of one man's vengeance, and we all know the "good" guy will prevail. Both Jackie and Pierce give very good performances. In short I did enjoy the movie.
