Hello everyone dear lovers of good stories, I hope you are great today. This time I bring you a review with my opinions of a somewhat interesting and unique anime, which I feel went a little unnoticed, but I feel that despite its somewhat cliché premise, it is worth it... Today I will talk about the anime Call of the Night, a series that took a while to get me hooked, but once I continued its chapters I was thankful not to have abandoned it... The story revolves around Yamori, a high school student who is fed up with the whole school routine... it's not like he's being bullied or anything, he's just really bored of everything, and honestly I think many of us will have felt that way at some point... despite being a character that many would categorize as flat and unmotivated, he has his good layers of depth...
Even though he feels bored, he feels some concern towards the reactions of his classmates, and he's not very good at relating, but I think what really drives him to disengage from school life is the monotony of his daily life, which he finds a real bummer.... To escape from all this and try to find a solution to his insomnia, he decides to embrace the night, he starts to be a night person, so to speak, but these nocturnal situations take an unexpected turn when Nazuna enters the scene, a character who is really magnetic... From her first appearance, this girl stands out a lot in terms of her design and personality... she is very self-confident and with a natural charm... soon she will give us to understand that indeed, she is a vampire, a characteristic creature of the night, and she ends up meeting this young boy... and making his life change completely.

Hola a todos queridos amantes de las buenas historias, espero que estén genial hoy. En esta ocasión les traigo una reseña con mis opiniones de un anime algo interesante y único, que siento que pasó un poco desapercibido, pero siento que a pesar de su premisa algo cliché, vale la pena.. Hoy les hablaré del anime Call of the Night, una serie que costó un poco en engancharme, pero una vez continué sus capítulos agradecí no haberla abandonado.. La historia gira en torno a Yamori, un estudiante de secundaria que está harto de toda la rutina escolar.. no es que lo estén acosando ni nada, simplemente está realmente aburrido de todo, y honestamente creo que muchos de nosotros nos habremos sentido así en algún momento.. a pesar de ser un personaje que muchos categorizarían como plano y sin motivación, él tiene sus buenas capas de profundidad..
Aunque él se sienta aburrido, siente cierta preocupación hacia las reacciones de sus compañeros, y no es muy bueno relacionándose, pero creo que lo que realmente lo lleva a desligarse de la vida escolar es la monotonía de su vida cotidiana, cosa que le parece un verdadero fastidio.. Para escapar de todo esto y tratar de encontrar una solución a su insomnio, él decide abrazar la noche, él empieza a ser una persona nocturna, por así decirlo, pero estas situaciones nocturnas dan un giro inesperado cuando entra en escena Nazuna, un personaje que es realmente magnético.. Desde su primera aparición, esta chica destaca mucho en cuanto a su diseño y a su personalidad.. ella es muy segura de sí misma y con un encanto natural.. pronto nos dará entender que efectivamente, se trata de una vampira, una característica criatura de la noche, y termina encontrándose con este joven chico.. y haciendo que su vida cambie por completo.

For me, what really makes this anime work is the relationship between Nazuna and Yamori. It's a strange mix of awkwardness, humor, and a lot of emotional sincerity.... Nazuna, being a seasoned vampire, takes Yamori under her wing and shows him all that it really means to embrace the night and live in it, it's not just about staying up late.. It shows him all the freedom, the energy, and the completely different atmosphere that the night brings. The series does a great job capturing all the magic of the night, visually I found it impressive.. the animators use an incredible color palette with purple, pink, and different dark colors that make the city come alive in a vibrant and supernatural way, it's as if the whole city transforms into something totally different out of this world, but it's really only at night..
I think it perfectly reflects the change of perspective that these characters have when they feel they own the night, it's clear that they put a lot of love into the setting of this resource. Speaking a bit about the protagonist, having experienced just a taste of what vampire life is like, he is immediately hooked.. the freedom, the ability to simply exist without the pressures and expectations of the daytime world, it all makes him fall in love... He desperately longs for that same liberation for himself, to escape the boredom and find something genuinely exciting in his nightlife.

Para mí, lo que realmente hace que este anime funcione es la relación entre Nazuna y Yamori. Es una extraña mezcla de torpeza, humor, y mucha sinceridad emocional.. Nazuna, siendo una vampira experimentada, toma a Yamori bajo su tutela y le muestra todo lo que realmente significa abrazar la noche y vivir en ella, no se trata solo de quedarse despierto hasta tarde.. Le muestra toda la libertad, la energía, y la atmósfera completamente diferente que trae la noche. La serie hace un gran trabajo capturando toda la magia de la noche, visualmente me pareció impresionante.. los animadores utilizan una increíble paleta de colores con tonos morados, rosas, y diferentes colores oscuros que hacen que la ciudad cobre vida de una manera vibrante y sobrenatural, es como si toda la ciudad se transformara en algo totalmente distinto fuera de este mundo, pero realmente solo es de noche..
Creo que refleja perfectamente el cambio de perspectiva que tienen estos personajes al sentirse dueños de la noche, está claro que le pusieron mucho cariño a la ambientación de este recurso. Hablando un poco del protagonista, habiendo experimentado solo una probada de lo que es la vida vampírica, queda inmediatamente enganchado.. la libertad, la capacidad de simplemente existir sin las presiones y expectativas del mundo diurno, todo esto lo enamora.. Anhela desesperadamente esa misma liberación para sí mismo, lograr escapar del aburrimiento y encontrar algo genuinamente emocionante en su vida nocturna.

There are many scenes that I found spectacular... they have a lot of passion behind them. All the music, the joy on the faces of our protagonists, everything comes together to create a truly magical moment, they can capture the hearts of many viewers. However, despite his great passion for the night, Yamori ends up discovering that becoming a true vampire is not as easy as simply asking nicely.... For in Nazuna reveals to him that he can only become a true vampire if he really falls in love with her to subsequently receive her bite. This is why after a few episodes several funny scenes come in of these two trying to navigate some uncharted waters for them.. trying to understand what love and wanting someone really means.. both are completely out of their element and it results in many endearing and funny interactions...
One of the things that surprised me about this series is how it deals with vampires in a different way, even though most of us are familiar with these types of characters or monsters they present us with a different perspective and rather than seeming like simple creatures of the night they give it that human touch that is not normally felt in other adaptations where they present these creatures.. i think we will meet different vampire characters that will make you think a bit...

Hay muchas escenas que me parecieron espectaculares.. tienen mucha pasión detrás de ellas. Toda la música, la alegría en los rostros de nuestros protagonistas, todo se une para crear un momento verdaderamente mágicos, pueden capturar el corazón de muchos espectadores. Sin embargo, a pesar de su gran pasión por la noche, Yamori termina descubriendo que convertirse en un verdadero vampiro no es tan fácil como simplemente pedirlo amablemente.. Ya que en Nazuna le revela que él solo puede convertirse en un verdadero vampiro si realmente se enamora de ella para posteriormente recibir su mordida. Es por esto que luego de unos episodios entran varias escenas graciosas de estos dos tratando de navegar sobre unas aguas desconocidas para ellos.. tratando de entender qué es lo que significa realmente el amor y querer a alguien.. ambos están completamente fuera de su elemento y resulta en muchas interacciones entrañables y divertidas..
Una de las cosas que me sorprendieron de esta serie es cómo trata de una manera diferente el asunto de los vampiros, aunque la mayoría de nosotros conocemos a este tipo de personajes o monstruos nos presentan una perspectiva diferente y más que parecer simples criaturas de la noche le dan ese toque humano que normalmente no se siente en otras adaptaciones donde presentan a estas criaturas.. creo que conoceremos a diferentes personajes vampíricos que los harán pensar un poco..

Obviously, I think many of us can identify with both the protagonist and the vampire girls that appear... many of us surely wanted to have that freedom from mundane things at some point in our lives, and it's refreshing to see how a series that I only planned to watch to entertain me and have a few laughs ends up giving me such deep reflections on the different experiences of being tired, so to speak, of life... that need to want more and not knowing exactly how to approach those feelings... I really liked this anime, and as I told you, it surprised me.
It has very good animation, a captivating soundtrack, with very cool openings and endings.. and clearly possesses characters that are both entertaining and surprisingly identifiable. The series' exploration of freedom, boredom and finding your place in the world is provocative and entertaining, if you're looking for a series that is different, visually stunning and will surprise you, then I highly recommend you give Call of the Night a chance. I give it a 9/10 rating. It's not perfect, but it managed to captivate and surprise me... I hope you liked this review, see you in the next ones, take care, bye bye.

Obviamente, creo que muchos de nosotros podemos identificarnos tanto con el protagonista como con las vampiras que van apareciendo.. muchos de nosotros quisimos seguramente tener esa libertad de las cosas mundanas en algún punto de nuestras vidas, y es refrescante ver como una serie que solo planeaba ver para entretenerme y reírme un poco termina dándome unas reflexiones tan profundas sobre las distintas experiencias que implica estar cansado por así decirlo, de la vida.. esa necesidad de querer más y no saber exactamente cómo abordar esos sentimientos.. Este anime me gustó mucho, y como les dije, me sorprendió.
Tiene una animación muy buena, una banda sonora cautivadora, con openings y endings muy geniales.. y claramente posee personajes que son tanto entretenidos como sorprendentemente identificables. La exploración de la serie sobre la libertad, el aburrimiento y encontrar tu lugar en el mundo es provocativa y entretenida, si estás buscando una serie que sea diferente, visualmente impresionante y que te sorprenda, pues te recomiendo enteramente que le des una oportunidad a Call of the Night. Yo le doy una calificación de 9/10. No es perfecta, pero logró cautivarme y sorprenderme.. espero que les haya gustado esta reseña, nos veremos en las próximas, cuídense mucho, bye bye.
