Siempre he pensado que el que se dedica a ser médico tiene que tener vocación de verdad tiene que sentir una ocasión desenfrenada por lo que hace, nunca he pensado en ser médico o involucrarme con algo que tenga que ver con la salud o con sangre específicamente.
Esta película que les quiero compartir hoy se llama Ambulance, me la recomendó un amigo e incluso me la paso en un pendrive para que la viera en casa, y aproveche que tenía más de una semana sin internet y me di el lujo de ponerme al día con varias películas que tenía en mi lista con ganas de ver, y esta es una de ellas así que empecemos.
La trama gira en dos hermanos, uno llamado Will Sharp quien es un destacado veterano de los* Estados Unidos de América*, tratando de llevar una vida honorable, siendo un padre de familia y con su esposa quien se convierte en el centro de sus decisiones que por tratar de tener una mejor oportunidad médica para salvar la vida de su mujer se mete en grandes líos con su hermano Danny.
I have always thought that the one who is dedicated to be a doctor has to have a real vocation, he has to feel an unbridled desire for what he does, I have never thought of being a doctor or get involved with something that has to do with health or blood specifically.
This movie I want to share with you today is called Ambulance, a friend recommended it to me and even passed it to me on a pendrive so I could watch it at home, and I took advantage that I had more than a week without internet and I had the luxury of catching up with several movies I had on my list wanting to see, and this is one of them so let's get started.
The plot revolves around two brothers, one named Will Sharp who is a prominent veteran of the* United States of America*, trying to lead an honorable life, being a family man and with his wife who becomes the center of his decisions that for trying to have a better medical opportunity to save his wife's life he gets into big trouble with his brother Danny.
Me gusta mucho el papel que desempeña Danny, tiene una personalidad de hombre insuperable, obsesionado por su apariencia y por los carros de alta gama, Danny quien siguió el ejemplo de su padre, quien era uno de los hombres más buscados, reconocido ladrón de bancos, Danny quiso seguir su ejemplo teniendo éxito, pues, toda la fortuna que manejaba era debido a este oficio pero esta vez apuntaba a un trabajo mayor pero quería involucrar a su hermano adoptivo Will, esto por sus grandes habilidades.
Will por su parte decide buscar a su hermano y aceptar esta propuesta a cambio de una gran cantidad de dinero que le aseguraría una compensación a la salud de su esposa quien al final de todo fue por amor a ella que se metió en este lío, no teniendo más opción y sentirse tras la espada y la pared decide aceptar bajo ciertos términos que le impone a su hermano como el uso de las armas de fuego cosa que durante el transcurrir de la película Danny ignora por completo.
Tras el frustrado robo de un banco deciden buscar refugio en una ambulancia que nada más y nada menos está trabajando como paramédica la Mexicana Eiza González, quien da vida al personaje de Cam Thompson, quien va ayudando a un policía que se debate entre la vida y la muerte todo por entrar al banco equivocado, el día equivocado para hablar con la persona equivocada.
Y en esta ambulancia se desencadenan muchas tramas que exponen las emociones de estos criminales, el prejuicio de no hacer lo correcto, debatirse entre el lado profesional y el lado humano, la escena que más tensión me generó es cuando Cam está tratando de operar a este policía y el despierta en medio de esa operación y ve la mano de esta chica dentro de su vientre tratando de extraerle una bala, ¿ya les dije que no me gusta la sangre y mucho menos estas escenas verdad?
Bueno, las manos se me pusieron heladas a pesar de que no era nada sangrienta pero el simplemente imaginar todo eso me daba algo y además de que las cosas en la operación no resultaron del todo bien, estaba pendiente de que no apareciera un hueso o un pedazo de carne creo que eso era lo que me generaba más ansiedad jajajajaja lo siento.
I really like the role played by Danny, he has a personality of an unbeatable man, obsessed with his appearance and high end cars, Danny who followed the example of his father, who was one of the most wanted men, recognized bank robber, Danny wanted to follow his example being successful, well, all the fortune he managed was due to this trade but this time he aimed for a bigger job but wanted to involve his adoptive brother Will, this for his great skills.
Will for his part decides to look for his brother and accept this proposal in exchange for a large amount of money that would ensure a compensation to the health of his wife who at the end of everything was for love of her that he got into this mess, having no choice and feeling behind the sword and the wall decides to accept under certain terms that imposes on his brother as the use of firearms which during the course of the film Danny ignores completely.
After the frustrated robbery of a bank they decide to seek refuge in an ambulance that nothing more and nothing less is working as a paramedic the Mexican Eiza Gonzalez, who gives life to the character of Cam Thompson, who is helping a policeman who is torn between life and death all for entering the wrong bank, the wrong day to talk to the wrong person.
And in this ambulance many plots are triggered that expose the emotions of these criminals, the prejudice of not doing the right thing, debating between the professional side and the human side, the scene that generated me more tension is when Cam is trying to operate this cop and he wakes up in the middle of that operation and sees the hand of this girl inside her belly trying to extract a bullet, I already told you that I do not like blood and much less these scenes right?
Well, my hands got cold even though it wasn't bloody at all but just imagining all that gave me something and besides that things in the operation didn't turn out well at all, I was watching out for a bone or a piece of flesh I think that was what made me more anxious hahahahahaha sorry.
Tratando de definir un poco el personaje de Danny es como un poco bipolar porque cuando es sometido a presión o lo sacan de su zona de confort decide mostrar ese lado malo o tratar de demostrar que si es capaz de matar a sangre fría como su padre y cosas así, incluso tiene una cierta dependencia de su hermano que es el que lo ayuda a canalizar todos esos arranques de ira durante la película.
Debo decir que las tomas fueron buenísimas, el uso de drones es más que evidentes en cada escena de acción, la forma en la que envuelven cada escena no es un corte en seco a lo que estamos acostumbrados, sino que tratan de darle ese giro panorámico, de drones cayendo de un edificio, giros, deslizamientos y que sin duda le queda genial a la película logrando capturar varios ángulos buenísimos.
Toda la trama se da a bordo de esta ambulancia donde están estos villanos, la paramédico Cam y un policía tratando de sobrevivir, además de la cantidad de policías que están detrás de ellos persiguiéndolos por toda la ciudad, tanto así que Danny debe recurrir a una ayuda de un “amigo” con el cual compartiría el botín con tal de que logre crear una distracción para todos esos policías.
Tratar de buscar a quién darle la razón en esta película es difícil, por más que Will allá decidido robar por salvar la vida de su esposa no se justifica, por otro lado, Danny quiere hacer historia y superar a su padre con este robo y la paramédico creo que salta los límites de su estigma profesional al crear sentimientos hacia Will no se creó que encontrar un personaje con el cual inclinarse está complicado.
Trying to define a little bit Danny's character is like a little bit bipolar because when he is under pressure or when he is taken out of his comfort zone he decides to show that bad side or try to prove that he is capable of killing in cold blood like his father and things like that, he even has a certain dependence on his brother who is the one who helps him to channel all those outbursts of anger during the film.
I must say that the shots were great, the use of drones is more than evident in every action scene, the way they wrap each scene is not a dry cut to what we are used to, but they try to give it that panoramic twist, drones falling from a building, turns, slides and that certainly looks great to the film capturing several great angles.
The whole plot takes place aboard this ambulance where these villains, the paramedic Cam and a cop are trying to survive, plus the number of cops who are after them chasing them around the city, so much so that Danny must resort to a help from a "friend" with whom he would share the loot as long as he manages to create a distraction for all those cops.
Trying to find who to agree with in this movie is difficult, as much as Will decided to steal to save his wife's life is not justified, on the other hand, Danny wants to make history and surpass his father with this robbery and the paramedic I think she jumps the limits of her professional stigma by creating feelings towards Will, it was not created that finding a character to lean with is complicated.
El final de la película es un tanto predecible, sin embargo, el director trata de añadir ese toque nostálgico mientras pasan recuerdos de ambos hermanos durante su infancia y cosas así como para darle un gancho a la parte emocional, si la recomiendo de un 10 le daría un 6 no está mala la película es emocionante, tiene buenas capturas pero creo que hay unas cuantas deficiencias en cuanto a la trama porque a veces tiende a ponerse aburrida y hace que pierdas el gusto de seguir mirando y a veces un tanto predecible… si la recomiendo pero no la vería nuevamente.

The ending of the movie is somewhat predictable, however, the director tries to add that nostalgic touch while passing memories of both brothers during their childhood and things like that as to give a hook to the emotional part, if I recommend it out of a 10 I would give it a 6 it's not bad the movie is exciting, it has good catches but I think there are a few deficiencies regarding the plot because sometimes it tends to get boring and makes you lose the taste to keep watching and sometimes somewhat predictable... yes I recommend it but I wouldn't watch it again.
