Tenía planificado ver esta película este fin de semana, pero no quise esperar, así que me dedique a detallarla muy bien, ya que es el debut de la actriz mexicana Eva Longoria como Directora, la pregunta es ¿hizo un buen trabajo? También lo polémica qué ha sido esta historia porque dicen que está muy tergiversada la historia de la realidad.
Bueno, el cuento es que toda la trama se centra en Richard Montañez, un mexicano que desde su infancia había sido un niño muy trabajador, al igual que toda su familia, la película refleja qué sufría maltratos por parte de su padre, lo que lo llevo a sentir odio, rencor e ira hacia él.
Él fue creciendo y se vio atrapado en un mundo de pandillas, drogas y violencia, cuando Judy su esposa abrió su mente ya qué tendría un hijo fruto de ese amor, se puso a pensar en el futuro qué le brindaría a su familia, así que decidieron hacer un cambio de vida, y buscar nuevas oportunidades.
Llega el momento en el que buscando esas oportunidades lo contratan en la planta industrial de Frito-Lay como un conserje, en el cual muestra un espíritu dispuesto a trabajar, aprender e incluso innovar, cosa que no le agradaba a muchos empleados del sitio, porque en ese entonces no veían bien a los migrantes y menos a un soñador como Montañez.
I had planned to see this movie this weekend, but I didn't want to wait, so I dedicated myself to detail it very well, since it is the debut of the Mexican actress Eva Longoria as Director, the question is did she do a good job? Also how controversial this story has been because they say that the story is very distorted from reality.
Well, the story is that the whole plot focuses on Richard Montañez, a Mexican who since his childhood had been a hardworking child, like his whole family, the film reflects that he suffered mistreatment by his father, which led him to feel hatred, resentment and anger towards him.
He was growing up and was trapped in a world of gangs, drugs and violence, when Judy his wife opened his mind as he would have a son fruit of that love, he began to think about the future that would bring to his family, so they decided to make a life change, and seek new opportunities.
The time came when looking for those opportunities he was hired at the Frito-Lay industrial plant as a janitor, in which he showed a spirit willing to work, learn and even innovate, something that did not please many employees of the site, because at that time they did not see well to migrants and less to a dreamer like Montañez.
Gracias a la ayuda de uno de los ingenieros de planta, el señor Baker un antiguo empleado de la planta, quien decide enseñarle a Montañez como funcionaban ciertas cosas, se le abrió un mundo de posibilidades e innovaciones, llegando a aprender muchas cosas.
Pude notar que esta película aparte de tener una esencia motivacional e inspiradora, lleva un trasfondo y creo que también quiere crear conciencia sobre el apoyo familiar, esto pues según desde mi punto de vista.
Judy la esposa de Montañez fue un ancla para él, ella se puede ver a lo largo de la película como ayuda a su esposo para que tenga ánimos e incluso seguridad en sí mismo, me gustó una escena en la que están sentados en el patio de la casa familiar y el papá de Montañez le saca en cara ciertas cosas, y Judy defiende a su esposo y a su familia de manera única, como toda mujer latina jajaja esa escena me gustó.
Además de que se ve una vinculación entre toda la familia para lograr el punto exacto de picor en esta receta, el termómetro era su hijo menor, él se convirtió en el catador oficial jajaja él era el que les indicaba si estaba lo suficientemente picante o no, hasta que juntos lograron la receta perfecta.
Thanks to the help of one of the plant engineers, Mr. Baker, a former employee of the plant, who decided to teach Montañez how certain things worked, a world of possibilities and innovations opened up for him, and he learned many things.
I could notice that this movie apart from having a motivational and inspirational essence, it has a background and I think it also wants to raise awareness about family support, this because according to my point of view.
I liked a scene where they are sitting in the backyard of the family home and Montañez's dad is in his face, and Judy defends her husband and her family in a unique way, like any other latina woman hahaha I liked that scene.
Besides that you see a link between the whole family to achieve the exact point of spiciness in this recipe, the thermometer was their youngest son, he became the official taster hahaha he was the one who told them if it was spicy enough or not, until together they achieved the perfect recipe.
Debo decir que esta historia es presentada como una muestra de superación de los latinos, qué buscan nuevas oportunidades y que son capaces de generar ideas innovadoras, de luchar por los sueños, de no autosabotear nuestros principios y nuestras raíces.
Esta película es contada desde la perspectiva del Señor Richard Montañez en la vida real, y la directora Eva Longoria la adapto para el público, hay muchas especulaciones con respecto a si realmente las cosas pasaron así, otros dicen que no todo es cierto que la mayoría de las cosas que se muestran en la película son mentiras o están adulteradas.
Otros dicen que la receta original de los Flamin' Hot fue creada en laboratorio y no en una casa como lo muestra la película, se dice que el Señor Montañez no fue el creador de los Flamin' Hot, sino que ayudo al marketing del producto haciendo qué escalara de manera impresionante al público hispano llegando a autoproclamarse como el "padrino del marketing latino"
Lo cierto es que fue así como esta picante idea llevo a levantar las ventas de Frito-Lay y a que esta marca tuviera un auge en su tiempo, asegurando los puestos de trabajos de todos en la fábrica y brindando nuevas oportunidades laborales.
Así que cierto o no, esta historia, está llena de inspiración, lo que hace que nos llenemos de esperanza y ganas de seguir luchando por nuestros sueños sin olvidar nuestras raíces.

¡Sí!, la verdad es que sí me gustó, pero es una película en la que casi qué ya te sabes todo el guion y como terminará, es un poco predecible, pero no deja de tener una buena trama, lo que si es cierto es que me gustan los Cheetos son un vicio aunque le dejen la boca color naranja y los Flamin' son adictivos, ahora cuando los coma me vendrá a la mente el hijo de Richard en las degustaciones.
Espero que se animen a verla y ustedes saquen sus propias conclusiones.
