So I finally caught up with the latest episode of Pokemon 2019 today (only 7 episodes so far XD) but I think I could already say that this could easily be one of the best season of the Pokemon series.
And possibly the best artstyle out of all the Pokemon seasons. I mean just look at this 'Mr. Mime' right here. XD
I was really unsure how this season would play out with Ash already considered a Pokemon Master after winning the Alola Pokemon league but I was really glad that the series found a saving grace in 'Go', Ash's new companion who have almost the complete opposite personality as him.
If Ash is all about his 'deep connection' with his Pokemon, 'Go' is more on the quality and rarity of Pokemon. His dream used to be 'catching Mew as his first pokemon' (If it's only possible in the game I would probably also choose Mew as my starter XD) but then changed it to catching ALL the pokemon like a true Pokemon Master!!!
A complete opposite of Ash who has already travelled in many regions but caught only a few. XD
