Los Irregulares es una serie que ya tiene un tiempo que salió, en su momento llegue a verla pero no fue sino hasta ayer que pude terminarla y darle un cierre a los pensamientos que se formaron al ver el primer capitulo, lamentablemente, dejándolos como estaban y no cambiándolos. Algo que adoro de las películas o de las series es que sean bastante cuidadosos con todo, los pequeños detalles lo son todo, cuando hay algún desliz puede notarse la poca seriedad que hay en el trabajo, al menos así es para mi.

En este caso, el director Tom Bidwell quiso mostrar una idea nueva, los llamados "Irregulares" son unos niños que aparecen en los libros del famoso detective Sherlock Holmes, ayudándolo a conseguir información para sus casos, pero en esta ocasión, ellos son los detectives, un nuevo cambio de perspectiva a la historia. Cosa que no hay problema alguno con mostrar otro punto de vista de los personajes, pero cambiar todo lo que ya se ha hecho para mostrar algo "nuevo" me parece algo vacío.

A ver, cuando una persona toma la idea principal de otra, haciéndoles algunos cambios a su conveniencia y usando la fama de la idea principal para llamar la atención, me parece un intento de desesperación muy feo. En esta entrega hay inclusión de razas y genero, algo que se siente demasiado forzado dado la época en la que están y en el país donde se encuentran, antes de la segunda guerra mundial los negros eran tratados peor de lo que puede ser hoy en día, pero en esta serie, incluso pueden tener propiedades. No tengo problema alguno con la inclusión en los medios, pero que al menos sea bien pensado y no una inclusión forzada porque "Es lo que llama la atención".

Los personajes del Dr Watson y Sherlock Holmes solo están como un nombre para atraer a las personas, porque no tienen tanto protagonismo, el supuesto misterio de todo mientras avanza se siente flojo y el final no termina de atar cabos, es más un cierre porque se debe acabar la temporada que un cierre elaborado porque debe ser así. La historia estuviese mejor en un país o mundo inventado, con unos detectives al azar con otros nombres, una historia nueva en vez de algo ya usado, no afectaría la historia ni a los personajes, pero si a la idea de tomar algo ya hecho para usarlo a su antojo como avaricia.

La serie cuenta con ocho capítulos, de cincuenta y tantos capítulos cada uno, tengo entendido que no tendrá segunda temporada, que fue cancelada por Netflix incluso, teniendo una buena recepción en algunos lados, pero en otros lados solo la recibieron como otra mala entrega del servicio de Streaming, hay un grupo de personas separados que piensan que estuvo bien y otra que piensa que estuvo mal, ya es perspectiva de cada quien ¿Cuál podría ser la tuya?

Something that I adore about movies or series is that they are quite careful with everything, the small details are everything, when there is a slip, you can notice how little serious there is at work, at least that's how it is for me.

In this case, the director Tom Bidwell wanted to show a new idea, the so-called "Irregulars" are children who appear in the books of the famous detective Sherlock Holmes, helping him to get information for his cases, but this time, they are the detectives, a new change of perspective to history. Thing that there is no problem with showing another point of view of the characters, but changing everything that has already been done to show something "new" seems empty to me.

Let's see, when one person takes the main idea from another, making some changes to them at his convenience and using the main idea's fame to get attention, I find it a very ugly attempt at desperation. In this installment there is inclusion of races and gender, something that feels too forced given the time in which they are and in the country where they are, before the Second World War, blacks were treated worse than they can be today, but in this series, they can even have properties. I have no problem with the inclusion in the media, but at least it is well thought out and not a forced inclusion because "It is what attracts attention."

The characters of Dr Watson and Sherlock Holmes are only as a name to attract people, because they do not have so much prominence, the supposed mystery of everything as it progresses feels lazy and the end does not finish connecting the dots, it is more a closure because it is It must end the season that an elaborate closing because it should be like that. The story could be better in an invented country or world, with some random detectives with other names, a new story instead of something already used, it would not affect the story or the characters, but the idea of ​​taking something already made to use it at will as greed.

The series has eight chapters, of fifty-odd minutes each, I understand that it will not have a second season, which was even canceled by Netflix, having a good reception in some places, but in other places they only received it as another bad installment of the Streaming service, there is a separate group of people who think it was good and another who thinks it was bad, it is already each person's perspective.
