Mary Poppins 1964 (Review)

Very nice people from Steemit, a few days ago I saw Mary Poppins with my brothers and I'm not talking about the current Mary Poppins, I'm talking about the 1964 movie, the old movie that became a legend, with seeing it I realized why it was so popular and captive to more than one, so I come to talk about what that wonderful movie was for me, I hope you enjoy it.

In the London of 1964 there is a family with problematic children, Jane and Michael, making life impossible for all their nannies to the point of giving up, a day where the father of children, George Bank, comes from his work very happy for being a good day, his wife runs into the news that another nanny has resigned because of her children and they ran away, after the police took the children to their home, the parents look for a new nanny, wanting to make a Newspaper Advertising.

The children Jane and Michael wanted to make their own announcement, asking for a nice and kind nanny, which seemed absurd to George so he broke the letter and made it to the fireplace, the next day with all the nannies outside his house, George prepares to interview the nannies, but a very strong wind takes them all and a beautiful lady, goes down with her umbrella to the entrance of the Bank's house.

The maid lets in the nanny, going to Mr. Bank, taking out the paper he throws himself to the fireplace, surprised and not knowing what to say, the nanny Mary Poppins uses her cunning to get the job and be the nanny of the Unruly children Jane and Michael, although it is the nanny of children, teaches parents how to take care of their children and unites the family, all while using their magic to be able to have great adventures with children.

Mary Poppins was always a well-known character, even when you have not seen the movie, you know perfectly who this character is, even if it's a long movie (with more than 2 hours) and it's a musical (that many do not like musicals) It is a film worth seeing, not only because of the plot but because of how it is made, the music, the special effects, even the use of animation in the film seems perfect to me.

Before I had a conversation with my partner about that I liked living in another time, just for the fact of being able to amaze me, delight me, ecstasy of everything new they could get, this movie is a clear example, the use of the special effects (That although we are currently very advanced in that and they are noticed, for that then I bet it was something amazing and unimaginable) they were so many that already did not know where to see, the use of the animation with the film towards the most magical film, the used songs and there was even a scene where the characters did not stop laughing that even I am amused.

Be delighted with the work of Walt Disney in this film, the use of so many visual effects with the musical combination make Mary Poppins an excellent film.

Although it is a somewhat old movie I recommend it totally blindfolded, I am not an expert in the cinema, just an amateur who likes entertainment.

That's why I give it a 10/10

Just because it surprises with everything it has even though it was made a long time ago and without mentioning all the prizes won, it would be an insult not to give it that score.
