Relatos Salvajes/Wild Tales (Reseña/Review)

Seis historias, seis situaciones donde las personas perdieron la paciencia, situaciones que se podrían vivir en una vida regular, lo único que los une a todos, es el odio al final.

Six stories, six situations where people lost patience, situations that could be lived in a regular life, the only thing that unites them all is the hatred at the end.

Película argentina, con una duración de dos horas, dirigida por Damian Szifron, nominada al Oscar como mejor película extranjera y ganadora de premios como el Goya por mejor film iberoamericano. Puede leerse como una gran obra, algo que te cautiva y se gana el respeto de las personas, pero verla sin saber esto, es otra historia.

Sin saber nada sobre esta película ademas de que es argentina, me la vi con la esperanza de no encontrarme con cliches latinoamericanos, desde la primera parte de la película pude entender su rumbo y solo quedaba disfrutarla y tratar de entender la historia detrás de cada historia. Al ver una película o al leer un libro podemos darle un significado a lo que leemos o vemos, sin ser eso exactamente lo que es ya que su creador lo hizo por otros motivos. En mi caso, desde mi punto de vista, son pequeñas historias que nos muestra como cualquier persona es capaz de hacer daño.

Aunque la más irreal de todas es la primera historia contada, las demás toman un curso que podría pesarla a cualquiera, en un día normal, un viaje normal, una vida normal. Incluso en su portada tenemos una muestra de lo que sera la película al verla, colocando "Todos podemos perder el control" mostrándonos en cada espacio de que eso es cierto, con ejemplos visuales. De los seis relatos, creo que solo los dos primeros no fueron de mi gusto, los demás si los disfrute como se desarrollaron y terminaron, los primeros se sentían muy vacíos a comparación con los otros.

La película cuenta con buenas actuaciones, no las sobre exageradas en los proyectos audiovisuales de latinoamericano; al menos su mayoría, no son historias hechas con mediocridad donde el personaje explota porque si, le dan razones a los personajes para actuar de esa manera, nos dan razones para entenderlos y eso es lo más importante, que nos sintamos identificados o entendamos a los protagonistas, definitivamente, la recomiendo.

It can be read as a great work, something that captivates you and earns people's respect, but seeing it without knowing this is another story.

Without knowing anything about this film, apart from the fact that it is from Argentina, I watched it hoping not to come across Latin American cliches, from the first part of the film I was able to understand its direction and the only thing left to do was enjoy it and try to understand the story behind each story. When watching a movie or reading a book we can give meaning to what we read or see, without that being exactly what it is since its creator did it for other reasons. In my case, from my point of view, they are small stories that show us how anyone is capable of causing harm.

Although the most unreal of all is the first story told, the others take a course that could weigh anyone down, on a normal day, a normal trip, a normal life. Even on its cover we have a sample of what the film will be when we see it, placing "We can all lose control" showing us in each space that this is true, with visual examples. Of the six stories, I think that only the first two were not to my liking, the others I did enjoy as they developed and ended, the first ones felt very empty compared to the others.

The film has good performances, not the over exaggerated ones in Latin American audiovisual projects; At least most of them are not stories made with mediocrity where the character explodes because if so, they give the characters reasons to act that way, they give us reasons to understand them and that is the most important thing, that we feel identified or understand the characters, the protagonists, I definitely recommend it.
