the second film of this great series of the 90s, announcing the whereabouts of Arnold's parents, where it did not explain himself in the first film. In this film, Arnold finds himself with the opportunity to travel to the place where his parents disappeared, taking this opportunity to know his whereabouts or what happened to them.
On the way he gets an enemy of his parents, kidnapping the whole group so that Arnold leads him to the Treasure of the Green Eyes a tribe that helped Arnold's parents before disappearing.
After overcoming all the obstacles and rivals, they get the tribe of Green Eyes, waking their parents from the long sleep where they were.
Also Helga could say everything she felt for Arnold, creating a kind of "relationship" as it happens with Gerald.
OPINION
I really do not feel satisfied with this second Hey Arnold movie, I feel it was very simple, that the end they gave him was very empty, a series of the best ones in the 90s, they gave him a chance for a close and it was so. .. normal, it was not shocking, it was not so emotional, it really was not to my liking, but this is just my humble opinion about it.
