Hello guys, today I want to recommend a movie that is quite light, it is a bit of comedy and romance, the whole atmosphere is quite calm.
Hola chicos, hoy quiero recomendarles una película que es bastante ligera, es un poco de comedia y romance, todo el ambiente es bastante tranquilo.
Happiness for Beginners, is the name it has, I know it seems like a manual or a book for dummies, I found it curious, however the movie was not unpleasant and here I will tell you a little about what it is about.
Ok, we start with a scene at a party, and we have the main character Helena right in the middle of the room checking a message she received and we see that it is from the man she was married to, he casually sends her a message congratulating her 6th year anniversary and from there we see a flashback of their wedding, which to be honest seems a little disastrous, from the beginning we see that the man really isn't for her. Either way, we snap back to reality and it seems that the man completely forgot that they are divorced or sent that message to annoy.
Happiness for Beginners, es el nombre que tiene, lo sé parece como de un manual o un libro para dummies, me pareció curioso, sin embargo la película no fue desagradable y aquí les cuento un poco de que va.
Ok, comenzamos con una escena en una fiesta, y tenemos a la protagonista principal Helena justo en el centro de la sala chequeando un mensaje que recibió y vemos que es del hombre con quien estuvo casada, él casualmente le envia un mensaje felicitando el 6to año de aniversario y de ahí vemos un flashback de la boda de ambos, que para ser honesta parecer un poquito desastroza, desde incio vemos que el hombre realmente no es para ella. De cualquier forma, volvemos a la realidad y parece que el hombre olvidó por completo que están divorciados o envió ese mensaje para molestar.

This is understandable, I think that many of us grow up have a stage where it seems that happiness has been sucked out of us, and then we see ourselves creating plans trying to bring joy back to our lives, it's the same with the character, in this case, she is creating goals for her hike that she will have the next day, she wants to: 1 find a deep connection with nature, 2 be reborn from her own ashes like a phoenix, and 3 get a certificate. Well, personally I can say that those goals are similar to mine, lol. And no, I don't want a certificate but in these first 5 minutes of the film I felt identified with the character, I also want to be reborn from my own ashes, I feel like I'm burning more every day
Esta mujer parece ser una mujer muy estricta consigo misma, también parece que se volvió una adulta amarga. Esto es comprensible, creo que muchos de nosotros al crecer tenemos una etapa donde parece que se nos ha succionado la felicidad, y ahí nos vemos creando planes tratando de devolver la alegría a nuestra vida, es lo mismo con el personaje, en este caso, ella está creando metas para su excusión que tendrá al día siguiente, ella quiere: 1 encontrar una conexión profunda con la naturaleza, 2 renacer de entre sus propias cenizas como un ave fénix y 3 obtener un certificado. Bueno, personalmente puedo decir que esas metas se parecen a las mias, lol. Y no, no quiero un certificado pero en estos primeros 5 minutos de la película me sentí identificada con el personaje, yo también quiero renacer de mis propias cenizas, siento que cada día me estoy quemando más.
It is the day of the excursion and Helen meets a surprise, a friend of her brother, we also see that in this first part when hiking starts it does not seem to be a good thing for Helen, it is as if she always got up on the wrong foot.
Es el día de la excusión y Helen se encuentra con una sorpresa, un amigo de su hermano, también vemos que en esta primera parte cuando empieza el senderismo no parece ser algo bueno para Helen, es como si siempre se levantara con el pie izquierdo.
But on the other hand we can observe nature, the forest, all that scenery is wonderful, at least I was delighted, in the background you can hear nature as if it were really there, the rivers, the birds. Speaking of the natural part of the movie, hahaha, I can't control myself, I'm a nature lover.
Pero por otra parte podemos observar la naturaleza, el bosque, es maravilloso todo ese escenario, por lo menos yo estuve encantada, de fondo se escucha la naturaleza como si de verdad estuviera ahí, los ríos, los pajaros. Hablando de la parte natural de la película, jajaja, no me puedo controlar, soy una amante de la naturaleza.
But as in every movie there are always unexpected things that happen, see how they can be resolved and find themselves, that's what we'll see here... and romance???
Pero como en toda película siempre hay cosas inesperadas que pasan, ver cómo se pueden resolver y encontrarse así mismos, eso es lo que veremos aquí... Y un romance?
It's a calm movie, I would say it's one of those movies that calms you down when you're feeling stressed or in a bad mood, even when you're sick, that's how I classify it, it's not a super movie but somehow it makes you feel calm, like hot chocolate in a cold day.
Es una película tranquila, diría que son de estas películas que te calman cuando te sientes estresado o de mal humor, incluso cuando estás enfermo, así es como la clasifico, no es una super película pero de alguna forma te hace sentir tranquilo.
