This film tells the story of Atari a 12 year old boy, but more important tells the story of a dog called a chip. Due to an alleged illness the government of the Kobayashi has banished all the dogs from Japan to an island in a dumpster and after several months where no dog has had any contact with humans .. a small pilot is going to crash on purpose on the Island since he is in search of his dog named Spot, so we will go on an adventure to find him and also to describe what is beautiful and special about a relationship between a dog and a human being.
