Some time ago I started watching a series that was on Netflix's recommended list, it's called: Chesapeake Shores, I was looking for something to watch, something quiet but interesting, something to watch slowly (Not like drama, I see those in 2 days hahaha), and just, I found this wonderful series, full of family stories to give life to each chapter, that was what I liked the most, the family and the events, so I will tell you how it seemed so far.
Chesapeake Shores inicia con Abby O´brien, en New York quien al recibir una llamada urgente de su hermana menor y luego de darse cuenta de que su vida estaba tomando un rumbo equivocado decide regresar a su antiguo hogar: Chesapeake, lugar en donde su familia, una nueva vida y un viejo amor la esperan.
Chesapeake Shores begins with Abby O'brien, in New York who, upon receiving an urgent call from her younger sister and after realizing that her life was taking a wrong direction, decides to return to her old home: Chesapeake, the place where her family , a new life and an old love await her.

However, leaving something broken and keeping it in that state is not always the best decision, the family knows that they have wounds to heal, pending issues to clear up and lives to live.
La familia O´brien esta compuesta por Nell O´brien (La abuela), Mick O´brien (El padre), Abby (La hija mayor) y sus hijas, Kevin (Segundo mayor), Bree (Tercera hermana), Connor (4to hermano) y Jess (La hermana menor) y Megan (Ex-esposa de Mick y madre de los chicos)... Cuando Abby era joven, su madre Megan los abandonó sin razón aparente, obligando a Mick a hacer de padre y madre junto a Nell durante 17 años, años en los que los chicos crecieron para convertirse en adultos responsables pero con vidas complicadas.

Chesapeake tiene 5 temporadas hasta el momento, estoy esperando la 6ta, cada temporada viene cargada con historias de crecimiento personal, amor propio, reflexión y familiaridad, les mentiria si les digo que no me sentí identificada con algunas historias o con algunos capitulos, es imposible no hacerlo.
Chesapeake has 5 seasons so far, I am waiting for the 6th, each season is loaded with stories of personal growth, self-love, reflection and familiarity, I would lie to you if I told you that I did not feel identified with some stories or with some chapters, it is impossible don't do it.

Pueden encontrarla en Netflix, no son temporadas largas, se reirán con las ocurrencias de la familia, suspiraran con las historias de amor y asentirán con su cabeza cuando toquen temas con los que se sientan identificados, reflexionaran, y disfrutaran con esta serie, no tengo quejas, espero que si le dan la oportunidad, no se arrepientan.
