The memorable summer of 1973
The first time I saw the trailer I knew that this movie will be a real hit. Today I watched it and I do not regret it, although it is a genre of films that I usually avoid this one attracted me to the screen and did not let me get bored. It's hard to classify the genre, we have here romance, comedy, drama, moral film, so a little of everything, but it is perfectly realized. You can feel the magic and "chemistry" between the characters.
It is also very specific because it shows love between 15 years old man and 25 years old woman. Let me warn you that there are no scandalous scenes here. First we get an unusual friendship, which is put to even the most difficult tests, to finally show the path of the protagonist to himself.

The movie is light, enjoyable and in places funny. It is the type of movie that takes us on a trip to Licorice pizza for the best Shake we have ever had.
The characters' dilemmas, are heartbreaking both sides want to try something different, but their paths merge anyway.
Paul Thomas Anderson creates a laurel for '70s teenage love, sprinkling it with frosted songs and bittersweet sauce of transformation.
It's a film about two very different people who dream about different perspectives on their lives, and yet have much in common.
Beautiful cinematography and perfectly chosen music make this romantic film not to be dismissed, but to be cheered on by the protagonists, so that their unusual relationship survives all the trials.
Cooper Hoffman played very well and convincingly a 15 year old who falls in love and wants to, and is an actor and dreams of creating businesses. A great distinctive role that falls in the memory. An added bonus is the fact of the actor's appearance, he does not have a flawless beautiful face he has pimples and looks ordinary.

Big applause deserves Alana Haim, who plays a 25-year-old girl who dreams of getting out of this town, but when she meets Gary Valentin during a school shooting her life takes on an unprecedented beauty.
A great, poignant role where Alana doesn't know if she's doing the right thing, balancing on the edge, but at the same time, deep down, something pulls her to Valentine. Her fate is like a parabola from which she doesn't know which way to go. Big applause for choosing an actress who looks ordinary and her face doesn't stand out from the crowd, thanks to that the two actors fit perfectly on the set.
Licorice Pizza is an unusual film full of charm, and adventures that are unpredictable. It's a film that will give you at least a little bit of optimism for the whole day.
I highly recommend it, and I wish more such films could be made.

Pamiętne lato 1973
Pierwszy raz widząc trailer wiedziałem, ze ten film Będzie istnym hitem. Dziś obejrzałem i nie żałuje choć to gatunek filmów, które zazwyczaj omijam ten mnie przyciągnął do ekranu i nie pozwolił mi się nudzić. Ciężko sklasyfikować gatunek, mamy tutaj romans, komedie, dramat, obyczajowy film wiec po trochę ze wszystkiego, jednak jest on perfekcyjnie zrealizowany. Czuć ta magię i ta „chemię” między bohaterami.
Jest on tez mocno specyficzny gdyż pokazuje miłość między 15 latkiem, a 25 letnia kobieta. Uprzedzę nie ma tu żadnych scen gorszących. Pierw dostajemy niezwykła przyjaźń, która jest wystawiana na próby nawet te ciezkie, by ostatecznie pokazać ścieżkę bohaterem do siebie.

Jej losy są niczym parabola od której nie wie w która stronę iść. Wielkie brawa za dobranie aktorki, która wyglada zwyczajnie, a jej twarz nie wyróżnia się z tłumów dzięki temu dwóch aktorów idealnie dopasowuje się na planie.
Licorice Pizza to niezwykły film pełen uroku, oraz przygód które są nieprzewidywalne. To film po którym nabierzemy choć odrobine optymizmu na cały dzień.
Polecam serdecznie i chciałbym by więcej takich filmów mogło powstawać.
