This tv show, the wheel of time, is finally sparking attention after so long.
We've waited forever to get a hint of what is going on with the second season and it's exciting to see that the teaser is already hitting the airwaves. The first trailer for season 2 was released yesterday by Prime Video. Wowee... I'm excited!
The first season was released in 2021 with 8 thrilling episodes. The fascinating thing about this show is that they got approval to make a second season even before the first season started streaming. That was good news for all the fans, but after watching the first season, our curiosity kicked in. Haha.
As they say, waiting is only painful when you are not doing something else. We moved on with other interesting shows while anticipating what the second season of The wheel of Time will present. The good news is that it seems like the waiting period is coming to an end. With the teaser video for season 2 released, it's only a matter of time before the episodes are available to be streamed.

Words about the show are that it is based on a novel series of the same name by Robert Jordan.
It appears there are many shows like that which are based on books and that's a good selling point for a lot of such shows, but I'm never a big fan of reading a book only to rewatch its movie adaptation. I'm more interested in the screenwork than the letters of the book so whenever I have an option to choose, I always opt for the show.
Thankfully, I didn't read this book, so I was not exactly sure of what to expect. By the time I finished watching the first episode of the first season, it became obvious that I will be hooked on this show.
This show presents a lot of adventure, magic, action and some melodramatic scenes. The theme is not the first of its kind, but they did a really good job of adding fascinating dynamics to the story and the characters. The action sequence was nicely done and they sure spent some really good cash on CGI.
On a TV show level, the first season was delicious to watch and the second season is already showing some really good signals. I believe the second season will be both fascinating and thrilling in equal proportion.
