I decided to go back down the memory lane right down to the beginning of the avengers because I did not really follow the individual stories of the avengers and thus never really understood some scenes in the movies. Starting with the very first Marvel production in 2008, I was surprised that the entire plan was to tell individual stories and later tell a massive story which they did. Watching the chaser of iron man, I always saw him as a quiet leader of the team, but after watching his very first movie, I can now understand why Captain America was more of a natural leader at the end of the day.
Tony Stark was a boy with a great mind, it turned out that he came from a family of inventors with his dad being the one to create the atomic bomb back in his time. Tony took over his fathers company at a very young age, producing weapons for the Americans only to discover his weapons were used by terrorist groups courtesy of his uncle who was supposed to be running his company in his absence. Turns out his uncle’s plan was to eliminate him and take over his inheritance but Tony Stark just refused to die.
Tony Stark on the other hand had no scent, he was a chronic womanizer as well as a billionaire which meant he could have almost any woman he wanted. But after his kidnap he had to formulate a plan to build a weapon for his captures in order to secure his release. But then instead of building the weapon for his captors, he built one for himself which was his very first suit and the very first Iron man prototype. It was far from the iron man suit we know, but it got the job done and got him out of the hands of his captors.
The three months Tony spent with the kidnappers also made him realize that there was more to life than just partying and leaving like he had all the time in the world. He began perfecting his idea of the iron man suit only to be faced by the reality of his uncle's betrayal. But thankfully with the help of his assistant and his friend he was able to defeat his uncle and the story continued. The story of Iron man was a really interesting one from Marvel, I am happy I took out the time to watch it, and overall I would recommend this movie anytime…
