I watched this movie for two reasons, one I was feeling bored, two was that I wanted to laugh. I must admit this movie went beyond my expectations. I was expecting a comedy and nothing much, but it turned out to be even more. The storyline was just so on point and I would admit that the end of the movie wasn’t what I saw coming in a million years. This movie had a very rich storyline with a lot of comedy, you can literally relate to every bit of the story because it is what happens in our African homes. At a point I saw myself in the movie having experienced the things I watched and a tear even almost slipped LOL.

The story was directed by one of Nigerian best Toyin Abraham, and a lot of Nollywood legends featured in it. People like Mike Ezuruonye, Efe Irele, Queen Nwokoye, and a lot of others would fail me to mention. Toyin Abraham played the role of Toun, a devoted christian who would not just mind her business and was meddling in the business of others. She would scold the children of other parents whenever she sees them dressed in a certain way and would even abuse them if they try to protest. Toun was the judge of everybody making her set a very high standard for herself.

Unknowingly to her that her children were doing the very thing she judges other people’s children for and they had a secret life she was never paying attention to. Things begin to slowly unveil when one of her daughters was preparing for her marriage. Her only son had anger issues, her last daughter was a street tug, and the other one loved clubbing and partying which were morals she often frowned against. Things get worse when her son mistakenly kills his girlfriend and one of her daughters got pregnant out of wedlock which opened her eyes to her mistake as a mother. This is a movie every family should watch and learn from because of the rich family lessons.
