Taking advantage of the fact that it's a rainy and cold day where I live, I decided to explore my list of pending anime.

Motivated by good reviews and praise from a close friend, who is watching this series, I started watching Cowboy Bebop. So, in this blog I will give my opinion and first impressions.
Motivado por las buenas críticas y elogios de un amigo cercano, que está viendo esta serie, comencé a ver Cowboy Bebop. Por lo que, en este blog voy a dar mi opinión y mis primeras impresiones.
Cowboy Bebop premiered on April 3, 1998 and ended on April 24, 1999 in Japan. It had only 26 episodes.

This work takes place in the year 2071. In a world where the human race colonized the solar system. Occupying various planets, moons and asteroids. By means of hyperspace gates, which allows to travel gigantic distances through space in a short time.

The strongest point that this series has, by far, is the audiovisual. Highlighting its animation and art. That even having high expectations, they managed to exceed them. I have nothing but words of praise for this aspect. I loved the high level of detail they handled. There were shots that honestly left me with my mouth open. The most surprising thing is that even in the most fluid and frenetic scenes, they maintain a great level of detail. No matter what frame you stop at, you will always find, at the very least, a decent level of detail.
El punto más fuerte que tiene esta serie, con diferencia, es lo audiovisual. Destacando su animación y su arte. Que aun teniendo alta las expectativas, lograron superarlas. No tengo más que palabras de elogios para este aspecto. Me encanto el nivel tan alto de detalle que manejaron. Hubo planos que sinceramente me dejaron con la boca abierta. Lo más sorprendente es que incluso en las escenas más fluidas y frenéticas, mantienen un gran nivel de detalle. No importa el frame donde lo detengas, siempre vas a encontrar, cuanto menos, un decente nivel de detalle.
For me, the second best thing about Cowboy Bebop is its soundtrack. I simply found it excellent and fascinated me. Especially because it is mostly made up of blues and jazz pieces. Which are musical genres that I like a lot.
Para mí, lo segundo mejor que tiene Cowboy Bebop es su banda sonora. Que, simplemente, me pareció excelente y me fascinó. Especialmente porque mayormente está conformada por piezas de blues y jazz. Que son géneros musicales que me gustan mucho.
In addition to this, the opening is wonderful. I liked it so much that I don't think I'm going to skip it even once. I'm going to repeat it until I finish the series. It has a very good beat. Which is very catchy and makes it impossible not to move your feet or your head to the beat.
A esto hay que sumarle que el opening es maravilloso. Me gustó tanto que creo que no lo voy a omitir ni una sola vez. Lo voy a repetir hasta terminar la serie. Tiene un muy buen compás. Que es muy pegajoso y hace que sea imposible no mover tus pies o tu cabeza al ritmo.
Something I didn't like so much was the format of this series. Which is that a plot starts and ends in the same episode. Basically, it is made up of multiple stories that last only one episode. I don't consider this a flaw, but personally, I think that 20 minutes is too little time to tell an isolated story. I feel that at times the plot goes too fast due to the short time. Personally, I think this format is better suited to series whose episodes are 30 or 40 minutes long.
Algo que no me gustó tanto fue el formato de esta serie. Que consiste en que una trama inicia y termina en el mismo capítulo. Básicamente, que está conformada por múltiples historias que duran un solo episodio. No considero que esto sea un defecto, pero en lo personal, pienso que 20 minutos es muy poco tiempo para contar una historia aislada. Siento que por momentos la trama va demasiado rápido debido al poco tiempo. En lo personal, creo que este formato le va mejor a series cuyos capítulos duran 30 o 40 minutos.
In conclusion, I can now fully understand why Cowboy Bebop is so popular. Even though it's been years and decades since it ended. It's not for nothing that it managed to stay relevant after such a long time.
En conclusión, ahora puedo entender perfectamente por qué Cowboy Bebop es tan popular. Incluso habiendo pasado años y décadas desde que finalizó. No por nada logró mantenerse vigente luego de tanto tiempo.
It is undoubtedly a highly recommended series. Not only because of how good and entertaining it is, but also because it only has 26 chapters. It is not necessary to be tied to infinite chapters like One Piece. So, there are no excuses.
Sin dudas es una serie muy recomendable. No solamente por lo buena y entretenida que es, también porque solo tiene 26 capítulos. No es necesario estar atados capítulos infinitos como One Piece. Por lo que, no hay excusas.
