This is a phenomenal film. Watching Francis Ford Coppola in the throws of Apocalypse Now production is extremely engaging.
A quest, a drive, a listening, a struggle, an outstanding team undertaking.
Any time you see an amazing artist share their process or inner thoughts in the struggle, when you can see the reality of good art taking work and time, it is so enlightening and encouraging.
Coppola always has great interview material, and there is plenty of it worth soaking up here.
