Another beautiful drama/thriller movie from the director of the movie “Serpico” in 1973.
This movie is directed by Sydney Lumet with a great actors group that tells a very well written and very interesting story.
The movie is about a poor family in which the two sons decide to beat their financial crisis and improve their lives, every one of them has specific and strong motives to find a way to get to money no matter what.
To get their needed money, they will decide to rob a jewelry store owned by their parents. The problems will start to roll when Andy’s nicely planned heist won’t be as he planned.
This is just the beginning of the many twists and secrets hidden in the family and they all going to float later on in the movie. The story is displayed in a wonderful way through constant changes in the time of action in the movie. The duration of the movie is almost two hours, but it is worth watching. I would recommend it cause of the family story with a lot of secrets in it.
