Sí, es una respuesta acertada, pero no a la que quiero llegar, entonces… ¿Qué? ¿Qué es aquello que inspira a escritores, pintores y diversos artistas a querer transmitir miedo temor en sus obras? ¿Qué es lo que los hace sentirse atraídos y a la vez ensimismados hacia esta faceta del arte y de las emociones más primitivas? Esto no es nada más ni nada menos que la oscuridad.

Después de haber leído múltiples participaciones en el concurso de #spookymonth de la comunidad de @moviesonhive, vi que había de todo un poco, Zombies, Vampiros, espectros y maldiciones de todo tipo, así que me pregunté ¿Qué puedo hacer que no se haya hecho ya? Pensé en hablar sobre una película la cual se dice que esta maldita, debido a múltiples tragedias que le ocurrieron al elenco luego de su estreno, pero no pude conseguir dicha película en buena calidad y luego de mucho pensar, irónicamente se me encendió el foco.
Fue así como entonces, decidí hablar sobre un recurso muy utilizado en el cine de terror así como en otros medios del género y distintas variantes del mismo, nada más y nada menos que la artífice de nuestros peores miedos y pesadillas, aquella que con solo estar cerca de nosotros es más que suficiente para hacernos sentir la incertidumbre de ¿Qué es lo que se oculta en ella? Dando rienda suelta a nuestra maravillosa imaginación, quien por desgracia, esta vez nos jugará en contra.
