Me gusta mucho compartir mi amor por las novelas coreanas (doramas), y esta vez me gustaría hablarle de uno de mis favoritos, Está Bien no Estar Bien, un dorama espectacular de 16 capítulos que pueden encontrar de Netflix.
I really like to share my love for Korean novels (doramas), and this time I would like to tell you about one of my favorites, It's Okay Not to be Okay, a spectacular 16-chapter drama that you can find on Netflix.
En este dorama seguimos la vida de Moon Gang-tae, un muchacho que trabaja como enfermero en hospitales psiquiátricos y el cual tiene una vida bastante monótona. Nuestro protagonista tiene un hermano mayor con autismo, y debido a que ambos son huérfanos, ha tenido que abandonar muchas cosas en su vida para poder cuidar de su hermano mayor.
In this drama we follow the life of Moon Gang-tae, a boy who works as a nurse in psychiatric hospitals and who has a rather monotonous life. Our protagonist has an older brother with autism, and because they are both orphans, he has had to abandon many things in his life to be able to take care of his older brother.

Amo este dorama, me parece que la actuación de Sang-tae, el hermano del protagonista que tiene autismo, es una de las mejores que he visto, además de que la química de los protagonistas es innegable.
Está bien no estar bien se centra en el hospital psiquiátrico donde trabaja Gang-tae, y en varios capítulos aprendemos sobre la historia de cada uno de los pacientes y lo que significa tener una enfermedad mental. Los personajes están escritos con mucho cuidado y esta serie fue muy impactante en Corea, ya que este es un país en el que no se suele hablar de la salud mental.
I love this drama, it seems to me that the performance of Sang-tae, the brother of the protagonist who has autism, is one of the best I have seen, and the chemistry of the protagonists is undeniable. It's Okay Not to be Okay focuses on the mental hospital where Gang-tae works, and in several chapters we learn about the history of each of the patients and what it means to have a mental illness. The characters are written very carefully and this series was very shocking in Korea, since this is a country where mental health is not often talked about.
Otra cosa que me encanta son los cuentos. Como la protagonista es una escritora, en cada capítulo se nos muestran sus relatos, que a pesar de ser algo tétricos siempre tienen un mensaje más profundo y nos cuenta más sobre su personalidad e historia. Estos relatos siempre están acompañados de animaciones y dibujos muy espectaculares, realmente le da una sensación de fantástica y única a este dorama.

Another thing that I love are the stories. As the protagonist is a writer, in each chapter we are shown her stories, which despite being somewhat gloomy always have a deeper message and tell us more about her personality and history.
