Voy a empezar diciendo que no soy fans de las series, no obstante me encontrado una serie muy interesante de la cual quiero compartir una breve reseña y mi apreciación.
Se trata de Doc - Nelle tue mani.

I will start by saying that I'm not a fan of series, but I have come across a very interesting series, and I would like to share a brief review and my appreciation.

¿Cuál es la historia?
El doctor Andrea Fanti (Luca Argentero) es un médico brillante especialista en medicina interna. Sus diagnósticos son rápidos y precisos pero pierde la memoria, de 12 años de su vida, después de haber recibido una bala en la cabeza. Al despertar, después de la operación, se reconoce como médico pero su memoria está en el pasado.
No puede seguir ejerciendo como médico, sin embargo le permiten seguir en el hospital pero casi como un camillero.
Los médicos residentes, a quienes trató en forma implacable y con arrogancia, serán sus nuevos compañeros de trabajo. Ellos son 20 años más jóvenes y aún tienen mucho que aprender de Doc (ahora con más humanidad).

What is the story?
Dr. Andrea Fanti (Luca Argentero) is a brilliant doctor specialised in internal medicine. His diagnoses are quick and accurate but he loses the memory of 12 years of his life after being shot in the head. When he wakes up after the operation, he recognises himself as a doctor but his memory is in the past.
He can no longer practise as a doctor, but is allowed to remain in the hospital as a stretcher-bearer.
The resident doctors, whom he treated ruthlessly and arrogantly, will be his new colleagues. They are 20 years younger and still have a lot to learn from Doc (now with more humanity).

El Dr. Piccioni tuvo un accidente automovilístico el 31 de mayo del año 2013 pero al despertar en la sala de cuidados intensivos su memoria se ubicaba en el 25 de octubre de 2001.
Luego del accidente que le produjo lesiones cerebrales simplemente sufrió una amnesia que le borró 12 años de su vida.
Piccioni relata en el libro su experiencia de un mundo tecnológico desaparecido tras el accidente. También, relata su inconformidad ante el espejo ya que en su cabeza él tenía 41 años pero en realidad su edad era de 53 años.
La vida lo colocó en el rol de paciente pero igualmente él seguía teniendo conocimientos médicos. Él comprendía, de una manera drástica, las emociones y los sentimientos de un enfermo porque ahora él estaba en esa condición.
Para Pierdante Piccioni la vida le dio un vuelco. Tuvo que reconstruir 12 años que quedaron en el limbo y ese proceso lo inició con sus amigos y familiares. Además, la fuerza de la fe y el coraje de querer hacerlo.

Dr. Piccioni was involved in a car accident on May 31, 2013, but when he woke up in intensive care his memory was set to October 25, 2001.
After the accident, which resulted in brain damage, he simply suffered an amnesia that erased 12 years of his life.
Piccioni recounts in the book his experience of a technological world that disappeared after the accident. He also recounts his discomfort in front of the mirror because in his head he was 41 years old but in reality he was 53 years old.
Life put him in the role of a patient but he still had medical knowledge. He understood, in a drastic way, the emotions and feelings of a sick person because he was now in that condition.

Apreciación
Ahora bien, lo atractivo, para mí es la reconstrucción de la vida de Fanti a través de los flashback. Vamos comprendiendo cómo Andrea pasa de ser un hombre casado, con hijos, feliz en su hogar y amante de profesión, a ser un hombre engreído y arrogante.
No se dice todo de una sola vez. La historia se va hilvanando en cada capítulo.
No todo es drama, recordemos que estaremos en un hospital. También, habrá algunas sonrisas.
Tiene buenos diálogos, personajes principales y personajes antagonistas.
Cada rol está bien interpretado y hay espacio para que el espectador descubra traiciones, lealtades, amores secretos y, por supuesto, la vida y los sentimientos de Doc, antes y después de perder la memoria.
Evidentemente, no quiero con esta publicación contarles la historia. Los invito a verla porque encontrarán una serie de calidad y buena factura televisiva.
Un aspecto que me encantó fue el trabajo de imágenes que se hizo en exteriores. La serie no está encerrada en el hospital. La historia se mueve en la ciudad y eso es algo que yo aprecio mucho.
Para los que hablamos español, el doblaje está bien hecho (este es un dato importante).
Finalmente, les puedo asegurar que van a disfrutar esta serie en donde se respira optimismo y buenos mensajes para el cuerpo y para el alma.
Appreciation
The moment of truth has arrived. The series is predictable. In each episode there will be a sick person to be healed and the Doc will be there to help with the diagnosis. Possibly, we will come across secrets of the patients or the hospital staff that are very well placed in the script of each episode of the series.
However, what appeals to me is the reconstruction of Fanti's life through flashbacks. We get to understand how Andrea goes from being a married man with children, happy at home, and a lover by profession, to a conceited and arrogant man.
Not everything is said all at once. The story is woven into each chapter.
It's not all drama, remember we will be in a hospital. There will be some smiles too.
It has good dialogue, main characters and antagonist characters.
Each role is well played and there is room for the viewer to discover betrayals, loyalties, secret loves and, of course, Doc's life and feelings, before and after he loses his memory.
Obviously, I don't want to tell you the story in this publication. I invite you to watch it because you will find a series of quality and good television production.
One aspect that I loved was the work that was done on location. The series is not confined to the hospital. The story moves around the city and that is something I really appreciated.
For those of us who speak Spanish, the dubbing is well done (this is an important detail).
Finally, I can assure you that you will enjoy this series where there is optimism and good messages for the body and the soul.
