Holaaaa lindas personitas de la colmena, espero estén muy bien. El día de hoy vengo siguiendo la iniciativa propuesta por mi linda amiga @yohadvartse en la cual debo hablar sobre mi película favorita antigua, que es sin pensarlo mucho el éxito de taquilla que fue Titanic. Vamos a hablar un poquito sobre la película, le explicaré porqué esta es mi favorita, y los aspectos que más me gustaron de la historia ya sean: sus personajes, ambientación, soundtrack y entre otros. Sin más que agregar, empecemos esto.

Today I come following the initiative proposed by my beautiful friend @yohadvartse in which I have to talk about my favorite old movie, which is without thinking too much about the blockbuster that was Titanic. Let's talk a little bit about the movie, I will explain why this is my favorite, and the aspects that I liked the most of the story either: its characters, setting, soundtrack and among others. Without more to add, let's start this.
Sinopsis:
Jack (DiCaprio), un joven artista, gana en una partida de cartas un pasaje para viajar a América en el Titanic, el transatlántico más grande y seguro jamás construido. A bordo conoce a Rose (Kate Winslet), una joven de una buena familia venida a menos que va a contraer un matrimonio con Cal (Billy Zane), un millonario engreído a quien sólo interesa el prestigioso apellido de su prometida. Jack y Rose se enamoran, pero el prometido y la madre de ella ponen todo tipo de trabas a su relación. Mientras, el gigantesco y lujoso transatlántico se aproxima hacia un inmenso iceberg. ¿Por qué es mi favorita?
Titanic llegó a ganar 11 Oscars, 4 globos de oro, múltiples nominaciones como mejor película, un éxito en taquilla y producción... Un éxito recordado en la historia.
Pero la verdadera razón por la que es mi favorita es por la simplicidad de esta historia de amor. Un Amor que nace en cuestión de horas, y la fuerza de este es tan grande que morirían para mantener vivo al otro. La historia de un amor trágico siempre conmoverá el corazón de cualquiera pero, ¿realmente la historia de Jack y Rose es trágica?
Rose era una mujer que vivía encerrada en una vida que ella no quería, de no ser por conocer a Jack, quizás ella hubiese seguido en su prisión y quizás sin Jack se hubiese dejado hundir.
La actuación.
La actuación es algo que puede llegar a estar en segundo plano pero es realmente importante acá, desde los extras hasta los actores principales hacen un excelente trabajo. Kate Winslet y Leonardo DiCaprio lograron una química en pantalla que mantienen hasta el día de hoy como una amistad que lleva años, eso nos confirma que esas escenas en la que están juntos y pareciera que no hubiera diálogos, solamente ellos y su presencia bastaba, es decir por mucho su excelente trabajo.
La ambientación.
Esta película con un presupuesto de 200 millones (sí, millones) de dólares, aún sigue manteniéndose muy realista con los efectos visuales creados, James Cameron no sólo fue un estudiador de la historia (aún lo es), él quiso hacer para ese momento un proyecto que relatara la historia de este famoso naufragio y que las personas supieran un poco más sobre la misma; el resultado logrado fue increíble, como dije anteriormente, sigue recibiendo menciones en premios.
Conclusión.
Está película logra un impacto en mí que cada vez que puedo la vuelvo a ver, al punto que ya conozco lo diálogos. James Cameron convirtiéndose en mi director favorito, al mismo tiempo apasionándome por las historias de grandes naufragios que realmente fueron tragedias que quizá pudieron evitarse. Mi película favorita antigua y mi película favorita en la historia.

Titanic went on to win 11 Oscars, 4 Golden Globes, multiple nominations for best picture, a box office and production success.... A success remembered in history.
But the real reason it is my favorite is because of the simplicity of this love story. A Love that is born in a matter of hours, and the strength of it is so great that they would die to keep the other alive. The story of a tragic love will always touch anyone's heart but is Jack and Rose's story really tragic?
Rose was a woman who lived locked in a life she didn't want, if it wasn't for meeting Jack, maybe she would have remained in her prison and maybe that would have been what made her dead in life.
The acting.
The acting is something that can be in the background but it is really important here, from the extras to the main actors do an excellent job. Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio achieved a chemistry on screen that they maintain to this day as a beautiful friendship that takes years, that confirms that those scenes in which they are together and it seems that there were no dialogues, only them and their presence was enough, that is to say by far their excellent work.
The setting.
This movie with a budget of 200 million (yes, million) dollars, still remains very realistic with the visual effects created, James Cameron was not only a student of history (he still is), he wanted to make for that time a project that told the story of this famous shipwreck and that people knew a little more about it; the result achieved was incredible, as I said before, it continues to receive mentions in awards.
Conclusion.
This movie has such an impact on me that every time I can I watch it again, to the point that I already know the dialogue. James Cameron becoming my favorite director, at the same time making me passionate about the stories of great shipwrecks that really were tragedies that perhaps could have been avoided. My favorite old movie and my favorite movie in history.
