Hoy vamos a hablar de la serie más comentada de Netflix en estos tiempos la cual es la Selena. Esta es una serie donde nos cuentan la vida de la cantante Selena Quintanilla, la cual fue asesinada por una mujer obsesionada que se hacia llamar "su amiga" y trabajaba para ella. En la vida real esta mujer se encuentra presa y mantiene su historia de que lo hizo "sin querer" y ha cambiado los hechos del asesinato muchas pero muchas veces.
Desde mi punto de vista, yo nací en el año 1990, por ende, desde toda mi infancia he venido escuchando canciones de Selena y siempre ha sido como una referencia para muchas personas, me sé algunas partes de sus canciones pero jamás me había detenido a escucharla como se debe, no me sabia su historia ni nada, pero mi pareja actual si sabe mucho de ella y fue quien me motivo a que viéramos esa serie y bueno luego seguiremos viendo más cosas de ella y de su familia para saber a ciencia cierta como fue que ocurrió todo.
En esta serie de Netflix nos cuenta como ella inicio en la música desde muy pequeña por su gran voz y con su agrupación "Los Dinos" que son su misma familia.
Su padre nunca los motivó a que el dinero fuese lo más importante, de por sí en la serie cuando ellos al parecer preguntaban por algo de ganancias el padre le decía que eso no era lo importante.
Siempre trabajaron duro para tener un éxito tras otro.
Algo que me atrajo muchísimo es que Selena era una mujer de mucho talento y no solo en el área de la música, ella tenia un estilo de vestir muy fenomenal y sus ideas innovadoras para la época habrían sido un diamante en bruto si no la hubiesen asesinado.
Del esposo, siento que como lo ponen en la serie pues no la apoyaba como se debía, se sabe que toda persona quiere tener sus propios logros, pero ella también dejo muchas cosas de lado solo para poder casarse con él y tener una vida juntos, por ende, siento que pudo haberla apoyado mucho más y crecer en conjunto.
Del padre opino igual, si la hubiese apoyado con el tema de la Boutique y no hubiese mencionado a la loca de Yolanda, si hubiesen contratado Guardaespaldas para cada uno de los integrantes de la familia, quizás Selena no la habrían asesinado de esa manera.
Para mí es una muerte muy lamentable como lo fue la de John Lennon, Selena Quintanilla pudo haber sido una Madonna en la actualidad o quien sabe si hasta seria mucho más, pero bueno, igual les recomiendo que quienes no hayan visto esta serie, la busquen y también pues que lean un poco acerca de su biografía.
Estos son artistas que marcaron un antes y un después, que siguen siendo famosos a pesar de su muerte trágica y serán siempre recordados de generación en generación.
Today we are going to talk about the most talked about series on Netflix these days which is Selena. This is a series where we are told the life of the singer Selena Quintanilla, who was murdered by an obsessed woman who called herself "her friend" and worked for her. In real life this woman is in jail and maintains her story that she did it "unintentionally" and has changed the facts of the murder many, many times.
From my point of view, I was born in 1990, therefore since my childhood I have been listening to Selena's songs and she has always been like a reference for many people, I know some parts of her songs but I had never stopped to listen to her as it should, I did not know her story or anything, but my current partner knows a lot about her and was the one who motivated me to watch this series and well then we will continue to see more things about her and her family to know for sure how it all happened.
In this Netflix series she tells us how she started in music at a very young age because of her great voice and with her group "Los Dinos" which is her own family.
Her father never encouraged them that money was the most important thing, in fact in the series when they apparently asked for some earnings the father told her that it was not the most important thing.
They always worked hard to have one success after another.
One thing that really appealed to me is that Selena was a very talented woman and not just in the area of music, she had a phenomenal style of dress and her innovative ideas for the time would have been a diamond in the rough if she hadn't been killed off.
As for her husband, I feel that as they put it in the series, he did not support her as he should have, it is known that everyone wants to have their own achievements, but she also left many things aside just to be able to marry him and have a life together, therefore, I feel that he could have supported her much more and grow together.
I feel the same way about her father, if he had supported her with the Boutique issue and had not mentioned crazy Yolanda, if they had hired bodyguards for each of the family members, maybe Selena would not have been killed that way.
For me it is a very unfortunate death as was John Lennon's, Selena Quintanilla could have been a Madonna today or who knows if it would have been much more, but well, I still recommend that those who have not seen this series, look for it and also read a little about her biography.
