This TV special rocked audiences and created a huge impact on our culture. It was this TV special, on this small budget that did this. And this still holds up today. I definitely believe that this quaint success is better than the new soulless cash grab hollywood remake. This one managed to be better without all that money and crappy CGI. It is really good. What are you doing if you have not seen it yet? You do not have to agree with me that this one is better, but you do at least have to see the original.
