First of all, I'm not a huge fan of any movie or drama that scares the daylight out of me but then, I don't know what exactly it is that draws me to them... Is it the suspense? Or maybe it's the amazement I do have when I see humans acting so differently from the normal.
Scary movies to me may just be the most easy going one for you, yeah because I get scared easily so I always try to see such movies with people around and almost never alone. I can still remember how I had to wait for a long time before I saw the popular "All of us are dead" Korean series haha.
It's past Halloween but the vibe could still be felt around here on Hive from the different posts I've read especially here in the community, I've seen a lot of movies that represent the celebration of Halloween.

I've decided to share one of those few I've seen that scared me a lot but I found myself seeing it till the end... That is "Happiness" a Korean Series about humans getting thirsty for blood. This drama sent my heart packing out of my chest back and forth until the last episode.
You may not find it scary when you decide to see it but it was for me and I'll share a little about it with you.

Happiness is a drama about a time when a virus began to spread among humans who took a drug called "Next" a supposed created medication for pneumonia but was abandoned for it's side effect. Some persons stole the drugs and sold them off to people with the cover that the drugs gives vitality.

Our lead roles were caught in the middle as they had just settled in as new couple in an apartment. They were forced to take it upon themselves to keep the apartment safe from the blood thirsty humans outside who were yet to be cured as a cure seemed impossible at first.
I must confess here that their courage to go outside the apartment in search of a way to help out the infected, was really scary to me and adventurous too.

The infected ones get so thirsty for water but the water never quenches their taste until they drink a human blood... Once they have a taste of the human blood, the become even more thirsty for more human blood. They do have a short time of being back to normal and they start regretting what they did as the memory comes back in bits.
Even at that, the infection kept spreading while trials were made to come up with a cure which continued to fail. The attempts to minimise the spread, a lockdown was initiated and this began the most scary scenes for me.

Every human in the apartment became a suspect as the infection didn't show immediate effect until sometime. This led to the neighbours getting infected one after the other without letting the others knowing. Our lead role characters were able to tell the infected from the non infected, they took so many risks to get the non infected to safety.

To even make the drama more interesting and full of suspense, one of the lead got infected and sucked the blood of a murderer who was about to kill all the humans in the apartment (a born murderer he is). And the lead girl with a few other humans happened to have an antibiotics to get rid of the virus in the human system.
She was isolated to create a cure which actually worked and a few persons were cured until more humans were found who had the antibiotics in their system too.
Like I said, it was a scary one for me and I still wonder the fine looking humans turn into such an ugly thing once the virus suffices. The transformation seem too quick to me and they transform as if they had a thirst of blood already even they had not... I think that's a goof of the drama though.
I'll recommend the drama to any who enjoys scary ones, it's scary enough to get you enjoying it.
