Just Concluded A Recommended Kdrama - "Extraordinary Attorney Woo"

Review by @merit.ahama · 1393d · of Extraordinary Attorney Woo

I don't know how many of us do make out time to see a movies kdrama recommended from members of @cinetv because for me, I do have a long list of short movies and kdramas I'll be ticking of once I have time for them. Not so fair that I plan to finish off the kdramas before the short movies but I will see them anyways.

Some weeks ago, I saw a review of this kdrama from @kenechukwu97 and I read it up but didn't leave a comment (I saw it when it had past payout, couldn't vote it and still forgot to leave a comment haha) I just rushed up to my list of kdramas to see and added it.

His review of the kdrama titled "Extraordinary Attorney Woo" was so good that I had to see it before the others that were already placed first to be seen. I tend to look at the characters in the movie but I decided not to because the lead character was an unknown face to me, I didn't want any discouragement not to see it.

Why did I decide to see this recommended kdrama?

The drama was about autism like it was stated so clearly on the review and I had seen about six movies with autism as a focus, I love all those six movies so I guessed immediately that it was a drama I needed to see. Seeing the drama didn't fail in keeping to my expectations of how the lead character who is an autistic patient should play her role.

I also decided to see the drama because I've come to see autism movies as one to learn a lot from and I feel every movie should have a lesson to teach... This drama didn't fail in that aspect as well. I was so glad I decided to see the drama because I've been grinning from ear to ear since I finished the last episode.

And one more reason I decided to see the drama is "legal and court room scenes" promised in it. I have a special love for court cases and how they are being handled... This drama is a full package of it, every episode has a court case you will have to look forward to.

A little about the drama and why I will recommend it too

The drama is about a 27 years old autistic lady - Attorney Woo whose IQ is beyond average and graduated at the top of her class in a law school. She became an attorney through her father's friend but stayed as an attorney with her extraordinary abilities as an attorney.

From one case to another being debated and judged, Attorney Woo came up with incredible ways to get them sorted out but not without imaging a whale coming out and in of an ocean... Her autism special interest focus are "Whales" and she did really well in talking a lot about them (shows how much studies she did before playing her role in the drama).

The drama shows three other attorneys who played their role well and a young man who fell in love with her autistic self and had to fight through all the challenges that came along with it. The best friend to Attorney Woo is also an amazing character in the drama for me.

Some funny aspects of the drama is... How she loves gimbap meals, how she introduces herself, how she arranges stuffs even unconsciously, how she come up with a new idea to solve a case... All these scenes were repeated but with new feeling.

The drama is a full package if you love these genres... Drama, crime, comedy, romance...

After seeing the drama, I totally agree with the review I saw on it and I'm rating it 10/10 because it is a highly recommended from me to you.

That movie was interesting😋and I must say it’s incredible too because of the fact that lady with disabilities can perform wonders by solving cases in courts and defending people,I guess she got the knowledge and brain from her biological mother😁.

Uuuuuuuu.... You got to see our very special whale lady. Hope you enjoyed her cute greeting with her adorable friend. Haha

This show was very interesting to watch. It's the first time I'm watching a show centered on an autistic main lead and I really enjoyed this show to a tee. They pulled it off so well with no dull moment.

The law scenes were also fun to watch. I don't like her Mum for obvious reasons, but I couldn't help but clap for her whenever she appears in Court. The woman is a powerful opposition. Haha.

Oh, hope you also felt like knocking this dude out

Haha... It was a joy to hate his character and I like how he got to redeem himself before the end of the show.

Attorney Woo is surely a 10/10. I got to learn so much about so many things by watching the show. I'm glad you watched it too. Haha. !PIZZA ✌️

Also, the male lead character won't be in any other show till after two years. He was enrolled in their military service (similar to our NYSC) but compulsory for every Korean guy, whether learned or not.
